Don't expect too much this week people. Apple has confirmed that the iPhone 7+ is in extremely short supply. It won't be available at stores for tomorrow. I guess they're giving priority to preorders and reservations, as it should be.

The first thing I do when I wake up every morning is check on my order lol. Still nothing 
. I'm hoping we'll be seeing our phones early next week! Kinda wish I went for the rose gold now.. Was debating between black and rose gold, but ordered black. Oh well!
I got Apple care plus with my phone, anyone here think it was wise? I've shattered my current phone twice, so I think it was a smart investment

So weird...I ordered the exact same model, but at 3:11am est, and I wont get mine until October 10. Orders seem really screwed up this year.

I think it's def worth it. It's $29 to replace the glass if you do break it, no? For my 6, I've used Apple care to replace the phone for the touch screen not working about three months ago. The other time I've used it for the battery. These were all incidents after the one year warranty. If I would not had Apple care, I would have paid up the a$$ for replacements. Plus, piece of mind since I do drop my phone a lot.

Here's my guess: my order says shipping in 6-8 business days which means sept 19-21. Assuming we all have expedited shipping (which is what the apple agent told me via chat) we should get our phones next Friday, similar to those whose phones shipped middle of this week will be getting them tomorrow.
I know the Apple agents are all saying we have expedited shipping, but mine says standard shipping. I wonder if they'll still have it expedited.. Probably

It's expedited. All the iPhone orders ships expedited always, not just for preorders.
All pre-orders have Expedited / Overnight shipping by default. They have Standard Shipping listed as a very, very conservative buffer for any SNAFUs that may occur, and to ensure customer satisfaction. It is very much the principal of "under promise and over deliver" to keep customer satisfaction extremely high when customers get their phone delivered "early".
If somebody does see some movement, please be sure to let us know where you saw it first (CC charge, Support Profile, Order Status, UPS). I tried to get that info in the regular Apple.com pre-order thread but all the lucky ones there are busy tracking planes.

With dates that went from 27-29 to 20-22 with the call to customer service, I am hoping for the end of next week.

I hope you're right. I know we will most likely get our phones before the estimated ship dates. But I thought it was 6-8 days from launch date?
