iPhone 7+ 27-29 September Apple.com thread

Absolutely identical for me. iPhone 7+ 32GB T-Mobile Black, when ordering it said 9/16. Then dropped to 9/27-9/29 in the confirmation. So annoying lol. It's also a very small window. A lot of people have like 9/26-10/04 or 10/3-10/10, etc. Hopefully it moves up quick.

I've always wondered why it's such a small window. Seems odd.

27-29 is closer to the launch than 10/3-10/10

If I have a production standard of 1000 iPhones per day +/- 10%, I know that I'll be producing at least 900 per day. In a Week I know that the total iPhone produced will be 6300-7700. In a month that number will be 27,000-33,000, the margin will be bigger and is harder to know an exact number.

If I have 30,000 preorders, I know that I can ship the first 7000 in 6 to 8 days. A pretty small window. But 30,000? It might be 27 days, it might me 33 days.

My 27-29th Iphone 7 Plus Black 128 GB just moved to preparing for shipment :)

Don't see anything in support profile yet.

EDIT: I see the charge on my CC, cannot find any tracking yet.. will check again tomorrow.

Confirmation time was Fri 09-09, 12:13 AM PST.

GBs and carrier? Just when I had lost hope, this gets posted.

I ordered a Black (matte) 7 Plus 256gb AT&T and got the 27-29 date. Had shipping changed to expedited, though it probably doesn't matter, and the dates changed to 23-27. Been processing since last Friday. Still hoping for that surprise & delight.

I ordered it from Canada, so we don't select a carrier. It was the 128 GB.

Ah, Canada. You guys had it much better than the US this year. A friend of mine was in and out in seconds, while I struggled with AT&T's servers burning.

Dream might be dead again.

I couldn't get the apple page to load till 12:10 PST, and just ordered really quick. But possibly the additional steps with carrier might cause some delay?

Finally! Some movement!
 
Nice! Anyone else have any movement? Mine is still processing for sept 20-22nd after calling for next day shipping
