iPhone 7+ 27-29 September Apple.com thread

Just spoke to UPS, and any of the Louisville scans that then jumped to HK aren't accurate. They're still overseas.
 
probably the forwarding of the customs documentation that someone mentioned in the other thread.

At the top of my tracking page, it still says delivery is still on time for today (9/21) however.

To try and gain some clarity, I chatted with a UPS rep:

Carlos C.: I would recommend if you can wait at least until 10:00AM please and check if we have any additional information, and no, sometimes they do not scan the package to avoid any additional delays, however since they have not changed the delivery date for tomorrow, you can still expect the delivery for today.

This is the next scheduled flight out from Louisville to OAK flight out I was able to find. Looks like tomorrow is more definite.
 
I got mine today!!!! Now I want to check the production week, mine says the date it was made was 9-12-2016. So it's 9 days old lol I have no 'hissing' so far, 128GB iPhone 7 Plus

where did you find out which week it was made that says 9-12-16? hows your screen

Has anyone had an update showing a departure from Incheon....we know the plane left...but haven't seen anyone post about their shipment leaving Korea
 
Both phones out for delivery today!

1st phone - Stuck in Zhengzhou, China since Saturday with no movement. Then last night it shows up in Louisville then on to SoCal.

2nd phone - Stuck in Louisville since Monday night then on to SoCal overnight.

Hopefully no more delays on the truck delivery...
 
Mine is showing 2 import scan to Louisville one and 3ish am and just right now at 12ish pm. Both EST since I'm in California it means 9am. Delivery still shows for today though....between 12-2pm i don't know what's going on. I'm guessing someone messed up on scanning and it's causing a trickle effect of delayed scans.

Mechanical? Good god. Sorry to hear that.

I'm in Ohio about 5 hours driving from Lexington. Flight from Lex to Cleveland only took one hour. Then it was an hour drive from Cleveland to my local UPS that's about 15 minutes away.

Well, picked up the 7Plus and quite frankly it's been on my pocket most of the morning.
 
I'm guessing UPS told Apple there's a certain amount you can guarantee for Launch Day...once you hit that # Apple you have to come up with delivery windows....seeing how many phones get stuck and are waiting...I surmise that is because they are staging these things, and there isn't enough room on planes....and buys UPS time to get all of these phones to Louisville.

Our phones are at the Magic Kingdom and the only way to get to their hotels is the ferry and there are only so many ferrys going out each day...so we wait until it's our turn

I've had a delivery estimate of 9/27-9/29 from the time I pre-ordered. Moved to shipped on Sunday morning. Just picked it up from my local UPS Store a few minutes ago. Been crazy, as usual, this year. Glad it's over for now. Next year should be even more exciting. Thanks to all who post! Best of luck to those still waiting.

I'm so glad I picked another one up on Sunday but good lord this has been terrible wait. I just want to get this little ****er so I can return it and get my money back and it's now rescheduled for tomorrow. Ups sucks.
