I thought about doing that, but the apple store only had a 32GB matte black.. yuk!

What is the point of waking up in the middle of the night to preorder, when they sell them to walk-ins before meeting the preorder sales? I'm really disappointed by this year's launch.

Yeah, you'll just have to buy it outright as opposed to being able to put it on something like AT&T Next.

No, you haven't activated it, yet, or anything. You just won't be able to buy it in store for Next because that one will be tied to Next until you return it.
Probably wouldn't be able to use it for that. Would just have to buy outright.
Only thing that concerns me is that on the iPhone upgrade reservation site they only show apple upgrade program pricing, so hopefully they let you just pay outright for it, if they don't allow me to add another phone on the program.

I've been stuck in Korea for over 2 days now....
I've been charged by & Citizens Bank through the IUP...if it is not delivered to me by Tuesday...should I not be pro rated a refund of a week....and at least have my Care extended through the date of receipt?....it's like having to pay your mortgage on a house you haven't closed on yet...

Update : scheduled for delivery tomorrow!! at least that's what they are telling me
