For the millionth time,

leave everything but reference blank. Try phone numbers and your order number WITHOUT the last two digits

And for the millionth time, what format of phone#? Just 10 digit phone#? Order# without last 2 digits is still not found.

We may not be in the UPS system yet, but we're asking to make sure we're entering the info into "track by reference" correctly.

I did track by reference and put my phone number in. I originally got Sep. 26th - Oct. 3rd and that still shows up on Apple's end, but it shows the 16th as the delivery date on UPS's end.

What colour, size and model have you gone for? Going from such a late estimate to launch day delivery is awesome!

My cell number with no hyphens. It's the phone number that I use for everything.

The only thing I put in was in the shipment reference, I left the rest blank. I put in the phone number associated with the order, no dashes. Make sure it's the number that you used when placing the order (if different from the number you were purchasing for). Also, mine only showed up when I searched from a computer. When I looked for it on my phone, nothing.

Mine is still showing 9/23-9/27 and I was not able to find it in UPS. iPhone 7+ Black 256GB AT&T - Ordered at 3:15AM EST.

Same configuration, carrier and date for me, but I can't find it via UPS.

Same exact phone. No charge for me either. Nothing in ups search either.

My phone made it to Louisville in record time. I guess this means it will sit around for a few days before it gets on a plane to Orlando.

You'll get just in time for the UCF Knights Football, University of Maryland Terrapins Football game or the Orlando city lions game !!!

My iPhone 7 Jet Black 256 (AT&T) is finally showing on UPS Tracking. Had to search by reference number. It's also showing in my support profile. I ordered at roughly 5:00 a.m. EST (overslept) if this information helps anyone.

That's almost a full hr after I ordered mine. Fingers crossed. I thought mine was on its way turned out to be my case. Lame!!

not sure about the reserving part, I had my order in at 305am EST and reserve and pick up was never offered, now I'm left with an OCT date

Well, maybe reserve is the wrong word. What I meant is that maybe certain stores get a certain amount of iPhones that are reserved for the in-store pickup option. When I placed my order, I could choose any of the three stores in my area. It showed a date of 9/16 and all time options were available. I chose 11:00 to 11:30 so I can go pick it up on my lunch break.

I have been charged and my orders page tells me that my pickup window is 11:00 to 11:30 on 9/16. I doubt that they allowed in-store pickup for any other dates than launch day. Anyone with an in-store pickup date other than 9/16 please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm betting they had so many set aside for that option and once they were gone the option to pick it up was gone.

Ordered the 256gb black 7plus AT&T at 3:17est and received a Sep 27-29 delivery date. As of this morning I can track on UPS with a Sep 16 delivery date using my number as reference.
