So I see my phone in my support profile. I'm on the east coast I woke up at 2:58am bc sales start at 3AM. My order was completed at @ 3:01. I ordered a black iPhone 7+ 128 gb. My question is where are these tracking numbers? It says delivery date for Sept 16 and still shows preparing for shipment. What the hell

Did you try tracking by reference?
 
I ordered my 7 Plus Silver 256GB in the Netherlands with a shipping date of the 16th. I do believe it will be delivered on the 16th (so I assume the above comments refer to a black/jet black, I don't know what was ordered by the person who called Aftersales?). It shows "Preparing for Shipment" now, but I have a feeling these phones are already in Europe (wasn't there a mention of iPhones arriving in the Netherlands a day before the keynote? Think the Dutch site iCulture reported something like that). Anyway, it has been paid for, it's preparing for shipment, and I strongly believe it will be in my hands this Friday 🙂

Edit: it also shows up in my support profile, has been there since last weekend.
 
Just in case anyone is still trying to find their tracking info via phone number, be sure you try every phone number that you know. Mine needed up being the number that I used for billing purposes, which was my home number. It cell number. Makes it a nice reminder to slow down before hitting that comfirm button last week.

It just means the authorization they place temporarily at the time you place the order has expired. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem the real charge has been put through so it probably hasn't shipped yet.
 
Mine is on it's way to Kentucky!!!

I believe our iPhones will be catching UPS63 (AIRCRAFT B744, not to be mistaken for AIRCRAFT B742, which is ANCH->LOUV). Take-off is about a little more than an hour or so. Destination is ANCH.
 
Question: I've used the tracking by reference in UPS (my order number except last two digits). This is what I get. Weird thing I ordered my phone from Spain and to be delivered in Spain.

Any idea why?

I've got a (mat) black 7+ 256Gb
Still no progress in my shipment: processing, no way to track, not in profile

It's supposed to be going to Spain but is on its way to Virginia? Is that right? You should probably call Apple.

Since they don't use the complete order #, it's very possible there are 99 other orders that the same ref # could apply to.

I checked last year and we got our official emails at 4am the day before release... So that would mean tomorrow. Looking forward to getting that last official notification!

My phone is in Kentucky as of 1:19AM. Closer to being home. Planning on ordering an Apple leather case and going to an Apple Store today for pickup. I'm going with the midnight blue but I want to get a clear case as well. I'll probably pick up one from Spigen since it's what I have currently on my 6s Plus and it'll show off what I'm sure is going to be a beautiful matte black 7 Plus.
 
Apple tried charging my card for my 128 gb rose gold 7+, but I was sleeping. I was in the end of September range. Darn you, chase!

I did try at AT&T initially and i couldn't get the transaction to work (due to the fraud alert). I didn't see the text message as I was placing the order, so I went to place it at Apple. I need to not do things when I first wake up anymore.
