Still nothing. I figured I'd give them till 9 pm and then give UPS a call and find out if I was going to get bumped to tomorrow or what. Fingers crossed that won't be an issue! Glad yours finally came!

Mine came a little after 5:30pm. Hope you get yours soon.

I picked mine up at my local UPS CC at around 8 am. There were only about 10 people in line if that at that time. It was such a pleasant experience so glad I chose to have it be held at the CC. I could not deal with having to wait around for the truck to deliver.

I think I want the matte black now. I ordered the silver which I got today, I always get it because I like the white front and hate gold. But now I don't know...

Good news is it didn't blow up while taking the picture. 😉 I'm not brave enough to run it naked. I baby my devices. Using a Spigen Rugged Armor now. Nice and thin but adds grip. The phone itself is fantastic. Still getting apps installed now.

Well I was right. However, UPS says they will deliver it on Saturday. Here's hoping.

It's 6:08 PM PST (8:08 PM EST.) No change in the status of my wife's iPhone. I don't think they will deliver it on Saturday, even if they said so. This is ridiculous. It's been in KY all day with no movement!

me too....I'm calling UPS - I'm on hold. My UPS driver was doubtful they would make a Saturday delivery...I told him i bet Apple made them do it...he told me to call to check. 13 more minutes on hold....

Just got off the phone with UPS and she said that there are, in fact, drivers still out making deliveries even at this late hour (almost 9:30 pm Eastern) and that my phone would absolutely be delivered today. So time to settle in and watch some Netflix, I guess. 😀

really??? wow...I have Saturday listed but my date just says unavailable - Saturday is only mentioned in the tracking notes...that's why I want to hear what UPS has to say...

Shout out to all my #TaiwanTyphoonies and #OsakaEskimos, we did. UPS did it. Delivered at 10AM this morning. UPS man knew what it was, even said "Someone looks a little excited!", which led to me responding with "F**k yeah!" LOOOL. 8 pit stops around the world and 168 hours of waiting has come to an end. UPS International said that yes I had been upgraded to Saturday Delivery - that's what the Service Upgrade meant and I would get my phone tomorrow.

Yeah my UPS guy who has delivered me iphones and fossils (I am a paleontologist) on rocks in packages, delivered in the usual 3-4PM window. He knew I was excited when i came out the door, then he said oh, this wrong address sorry, then started laughing he knew I was excited LOL

I had a slightly different experience but, in the end, I got my phone.
I had my phone arranged to be held at the CC and assumed that it would be there at the opening. My tracking said it had the "destination scan" at 7pm the day previous but I never got the "your item is ready for pickup" email. I went to the store at opening and they told me the phone was at the warehouse but it hadn't been set aside for me yet. I had to come back a couple hours later once they found it amongst all the other phones. Still much earlier than if I waited to have it delivered though.
