I have a question. So my phone arrived at Louisville yesterday at 3am and the only flight to my city was at 5 am. Why did it get another scan today?? I'm confused, then when it missed the flight it changed to tuesday instead of monday

it has to go through customs in Louisville so it probably missed the flight and won't leave louisville until monday so it will be on truck for delivery tuesday. Same thing happened to me.
 
Not sure why it got 2 import scans today at 11.07 AM and one at 1.03 PM. It says delivery by end of day Monday. If it leaves Louisville for Minneapolis today, I might get it tomorrow.

Lucky mine got import scan yesterday but missed the flight to my city due to customs. and strangely got another import scan today. But my delivery date has moved to Tuesday.
 
Had a departure from Anchorage this morning. Tracked the flight to Louisville at 9:45am. Still no L'ville arrival scan or Import scan.
 
Mine is currently at Pudong International Airport in Shanghai. Expected delivery date is 14 October to Norway(Norway). Can't be right?

Arrival Scan: This scan is an electronic record indicating the shipment has been received at a UPS facility. Shipments may travel through several UPS facilities throughout their journey. The shipment is moving; however, there may be several days between scans if the shipment is going cross-country or moving between countries.

Import Scan: The shipment has cleared import procedures in the receiving country.

Not sure why you got two import scans. I only have one today, and still no estimated date of delivery.

I think UPS should either not let us know anything about the shipping until the delivery day, or have a definite day and do everything to meet that goal.

Mine is still in Kentucky but they updated the delivery to Tuesday. I'm in Canada so even if it leaves tonight it's a long shot to get it by end of day tomorrow.

Oh well - I feel like crap, and am nursing a chest cold. I may just take tomorrow off and go to work Tuesday - and that's where the phone is being delivered.
 
I had an import and departure scan from Louisville today after arriving yesterday, so it looks like it's going to arrive in the SF Bay Area tonight with a scheduled delivery of tomorrow. Finally!
 
Oh waaaait now, I have a departure scan from Louisville. Hmm. To Syracuse. Which is about an hour from me on the other side of the border.

I live only an hour flight from SDF and mine jumped to Tuesday. Ups has a flight on Monday and Fedex has one every day (since my closest airport is Fedex global hub)
