Every time I start to feel bummed about my preorder, your posts always cheer me up!! You're too funny!
Called att and all the gave me was the dates posted in my email then I ask if they doing anything for their customers since we're having to wait longer than the release dates he then put me on hold for about 3 mins and came back said the he could give me a 25$ credit towards my bill -__- not what I wanted but I took it anyways am thinking about changing my 128+ Jetblack to a matte black one cause I ain't trying to wait till late October to early November anyone have any luck when change their orders to a different color?
you may get the same date as me if you want go through the process just before the final page where you hit submit order it will tell you the dates. I've seen people order 3-4 days ago same model as me and got it on launch
Not only did the ATT rep tell me that they'll ship my order next Friday, she told me they will use 3 DAY SHIPPING and to expect it by around mid week two weeks from now! This for an order received at 11:58pm THURSDAY night! She tried to blame everything on Apple. Typical ATT. These are the same people who lied to us all about their site going down 90mins into preorder.
ATT has hit new lows IMO. I told them if I don't get my phone shipped Friday, I am cancelling my 10 year ATT service. I have absolutely zero respect for this company. They really don' give a flying **** about their customers. 3 Day Shipping, REALLY ATT?

The 256 GB iPhone 7 Plus is just a figment of our imagination. It doesn't actually exist I don't care what "proof" y'all have.

Idk why people are even calling ATT CS. They know nothing about their distribution chain or warehouse in Dallas more than what your order date range is.
They are likely being told make something up and get people off the line as quick as possible.
I've had that happen with iOS 10 on my 6Plus. Yes, one of the MANY drawbacks to ordering from a carrier is that you cannot bring the phone back to Apple unless it for AppleCare repair.

This was a distribution and fulfillment supervisor, not some peon.
Again, what do you expect them to say? They dont have them in the warehouse. Rub a crystal ball?
When Apple ships them in they get distributed out. If the flight comes in tomorrow they go out same or next day to ship out.
They arent stockpiling them in the ATT warehouse laughing about it. They ship as as fast as they can get them in right now.

I expect them to say "we will overnight your phone", not "we'll send it the cheapest way possible". She knew EXACTLY what she was talking about.

She pointed out that my order says "standard shipping", which it does. I told her there was no option for expedited shipping and she said there wasn't one. Cheap asses. Lol

Personally I think people who ordered our phone are a$$h01e out for the foreseeable future. I really believe that they have flowed all the phones they can get a hold of to that Apple every year program fiasco
My black 7+ 128 still in preparing to ship since my 9/9 order date. I have a buddy who bought a series 2 watch on Friday and decides he wants a different one. I buy it from him and he ships it USPS guaranteed next day for delivery today to me. He is northeast I'm in southeast. I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Can't seem to catch a break with apple this week.
Apple just shipped my phone and it won't be here until Thursday... That was wack too.
Still wait on my AT&T 11:57pm order.. Still preparing to ship.

Thankfully I remembered my order is Still processing and shipment estimated 9/23-9/30
I was watching the same game GO HUSKERS. I had the same reaction to the AT&T commercial.
7+ MB 128 here, ordered at 5:29am EST on 9/9, estimated dates 9/23-9/30, still says preparing to ship (which it did from second I ordered). But the *6737# now says it is back ordered. Fingers crossed that means something good. Anyone else have this? Thoughts?
same here.. same error.. for days I haven't been able to load status of my order through that method
At least Apple gives you a choice of upgrading to expedited shipping. I saw no such option on the ATT site, at least on my order page.
You just got a shipping notification at 8:45pm Saturday night? What were your original est ship dates? What is config on that shipped phone?
Every time I watch the Ducks, they seem to wear a different uniform. How many do they actually use? I think I've seen about 6 different variations since last season. Some pretty cool (like todays white), others, not so much Lol
I do love their matte helmets though. Looks badass.
I think next year I'm gonna order a few days after pre-orders start. Seems to be the best way to get delivery at least close to launch day.
The combinations they have for jersey is unreal is well over 60 I believe. And they always seem to lose when they wear white lol.
