Just weird because it wasn't the shipping notice to my address. Maybe it was from Apple to AT&T. And then AT&T will created shipping to me. I don't know. Just hoping!!!

Gee, thanks, Apple -- nice of you to make phones avaliable for those who decide to walk in & get one as opposed to those who had to order through carriers & are still waiting on the phones we ordered during the opening minutes of the preorder. It would be great if Apple would fulfill *all* preorders before making the phones available in general.

I was able to reserve a MB 7 at my local store and switched to iUp and cancel my Next order. Grateful to the person who posted this in the first place as I didn't know where to find it on Apple's site.

Just remember if you're on the IUP you have to go to the store next year in the huge 10th year upgrade mess. Can't order online to ship to you with IUP or switch back to Next
Not worth it IMO to pay $64 more for the year (yes Apple Care Plus but big whoop it's retail $129 anyway, not any deal, just add it yourself if you want it) all to get the phone what, few days earlier here.
Especially after Apple "forgot" to save IUP stock this year

Ordered 7P JB 128G on 9/9 at 2:30am CST and status then was "preparing to ship" on 10/14-10/21. And has not changed as of today. Very annoyed......

Well I just placed an order with AT&T lets see how soon it could possibly ship.. says October 14-21 as my best buy order email originally said October 7th BUT when I called they hit me with that November 7th mess lol

Are you effing kidding me... The tale of two phones. I ordered mine on 9/9 at 3am est. MB Iphone 7 plus 256. No movement on the order, no status change, nothing.

To be fair the rose gold, gold and silver were never as backed up as the 2 black colors.
The black colors were prob ordered 2 to 1 or more over any other color choice this year.
I'm in the same ship as you. I ordered 3:04am 9/9 a iPhone 7+ 128 Black and got 9/23 - 9/30 delivery dates.
No movement at all. Disappointed that at&t shipped phones to people that ordered way after me.
And the worst thing is that at&t will use USPS to ship the phone to PR.

I guess we have no other choice than to suck it up and wait, cause there are no apple stores here to schedule an appointment or something. This has been such a bad experience so far. Do you think we'll get our phones before next friday? I really feel like we are part of the minority here due to where we live..
They should have adjusted production accordingly. But with that said, other carriers have shipped these phones, they are even in apple stores in some locations yet still no movement from ATT. I don't buy that there was a higher demand when they are showing up in apple stores and other people who ordered from other carriers well after many of us are getting their phones before us. Nope, don't buy it at all.

I've seen TONS of matte black phones ship today...like this post if you're still waiting for a Matte Black,128GB, 7 plus(like I am)
Also I'm about an hour and a half east of Houston, TX(I say that because not many people in Texas have gotten their phones or tracking numbers yet)

Oh Im not justifying it but that's Apple's mentality. Make the same number of each and people can wait. They'd rather make people wait than make "too many;" although I have no idea why that matters as the dont have a shelf life like groceries or something and will eventually be sold.
Im still pending 4am EST order 128 black Plus.
