Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

Well, I finally got a supervisor to investigate where the hell my phone is. After about 20 minutes of him checking every possible system (they have several), he told me my phone is in the DFW warehouse, and will be shipped on Friday. He told me they just took in a lot of Plus 128 and 256 stock, and there are now several "waves" of shipping. Mine is in the 2nd wave that will ship on Thursday/Friday. The first wave was today and tomorrow. He was pretty sure about this after speaking to the warehouse. We'll see, but at least he answered my question about where my phone is. He had no explanation as to why those of us who ordered early among the last of the preorder to ship. Just a note, the supervisor said they took slightly over 2,000,000 orders over preorder weekend, the most he can remember in a while. He said the demand for this phone, and especially the large storage Plus models has been off the charts.

He just said Friday because that is the 23rd, they don't know anything...

For anyone wondering...after talking to two people who said my order was "probably" fine at AT&T I called again and was told my order was being held up by "unknown system issues" and would have been cancelled tomorrow. Very happy I called as they are reprocessing my order. For reference I never got a shipping window email initially and my order was always "in progress".

Holy **** there is a phone god! I thought they'd continue to leave all us central FL peeps hanging haha.
 
So I'm on AT&T Next and plan to trade my iPhone 7 in to them next year for an iPhone 7. I have the Jet black model, but always go case-less. Obviously the Jet black is prone to scratches and will scratch. My question is, does the phone have to be in prefect like new condition to trade it in, will AT&T still accept a phone with scuffs ?

So did you never have shipping dates??
 
When I call the order status number it says one or more of your items are not in stock. And the *3767# says back order. What does this mean?

I received a shipping confirmation today at 3:45pm cst. It's now 8:40 pm and At&T hasn't charged my card yet. Hold dropped off sometime last week.

I don't think the spam text earlier meant anything. My boss got one and he didn't even order an iPhone 7.

Once your phone gets in it will probably take the long way getting there... We are an hour east of beaumont and my wife's phone went dallas-> memphis-> lafayette and then to us luckily it only took a day and came in on the first friday but you think there would be a shorter route:D

Just got home from work and checked, my 7plus matte black 128gb was ordered at 3:20am on 9/9 and was scheduled for delivery 9/23-9/30, now showing shipped with delivery tomorrow.
Weirdly it was picked up in Ft Worth TX, I live in Louisville, KY. Would have thought it was just come from here.
 
Finally shipped!! iPhone 7+ MB 128gb, original ship date was 9/23 - 9/30. Hope you all start getting tracking numbers soon!

Got my shipping notification tonight at 6:30 MST (finally).

7+, 128, Black
Order date: 09/09/2016 at 3:18:09 a.m. ET
Estimated ship dates:
September 23, 2016 - September 30, 2016

FedEx - picked up today at 7:25 in Memphis, TN
Expected delivery by 8:00 pm tomorrow (originally said 3:00 pm, but that has now been updated) to Utah

No backorder (& I checked almost hourly today until giving up around 6:00) status.
Credit card still shows 'pending' and the charge never dropped from 9/9
No spam email.

Good luck to all of you waiting on shipping!

As I posted earlier, was backordered when I checked around 6:45. I received shipping notification around 8:30. Will arrive tomorrow.

Ip7+ MB 128gb. Original window 9/23-9/30
 
Last plane for today landed in Dallas about 10 minutes ago. Depending on where you are, you might still have a chance for tomorrow.
