Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

So I spoke to a CSR about that text saying the phone is on its way. He told me that my phone shipped from the manufacturer and it's on its way to AT&T for packaging. Makes sense since the we are getting all those flights in route.
 
cancelled my 128 Black Plus today that I ordered on 9/9 at 3:40am. no status and updates were driving me crazy. got a 256 Black 7 from Apple.

I do have to commend the AT&T rep I talked to, she spent over an hour on the phone with me making sure everything was fixed and my shipping dates didn't slip. Actually had to submit the order twice because the first time the ship date override didn't work.

Now my order status has shipping dates and I'm back to feeling comfortable that things are going to move forward as expected.

Finally someone else in Louisville. I said something similar a while back, but I think they come in big boxes to UPS and then they take them to Dallas to AT&T and then we get them. It would be nice to just show up at UPS and snatch my phone out to avoid this mess.
 
Non working order numbers, "backordered" means shipping soon and CSR's that will tell you anything you want to hear just to get you off the phone. AT&T are the ultimate trolls
 
I'm not even allowed to check my order anymore. App doesn't give me the option and *6737# just gives me this...

Hang in there everyone that's left without updates! My status literally went from no updates at all since 3 am on preorder morning to arriving at my doorstep by 3 pm tomorrow in a matter of 6 hours. It's a pretty quick turnaround when things start rolling for you. Don't back down now! (Unless of course you actually find one in store lol)
