Has anyone called to try and switch color? Or would you have to cancel and reorder?Tired of waiting for Jet Black. I would go with a silver or gold if it would ship out. I'd have a phone now if I didn't get JB.

I don't think I'm ever gonna get my phone....

So about 1.5 hr after it showed backorder, I got my email saying it has shipped... Yayyyy! It seems a lot of ppl are finally getting their 256+ MB phones.

What time was your order placed? I am still assed out.

FINALLY!!! As of 5 minutes ago my order went to backorder. Hope to see tracking soon! I ordered a 256GB 7 Plus in Black on 9/9 @ 3:40 am ET. Had shipping dates of 9/23-9/30.

I'd wait till tomorrow. I believe a lot of the early JB +'s orders are about to ship in mass out of DFW. A rare knowledgeable ATT Supervisor told me yesterday that their were three waves of shipping coming out of DFW. 128 Matte on Monday and Tuesday, 256 Matte + on Wednesday Thursday and JB +'s on Friday and Monday. Thus far, he's been 100% accurate.

Yes, I agree. I'll just wait for Apple's website when I pre-order in the future...regardless of what dates they give, it'll be better than AT&T torturing us and playing darts with how they ship the pre-orders (at random) lol

My 7+ 256 MB and my daughter's 7+ 256 Gold both went to back order within the last hour and a half. Hopefully they'll ship tonight and make it here tomorrow. My 6S+ last year shipped after 7PM and got here the next day, so there is still hope.

With all the activity yesterday and today, along with some of the info we have heard from other forum members talking to insiders, it sounds like we will likely see more shipments yet today all the way through Friday. (How's that for a run-on sentence?) Hang in there, everyone. I think we are all getting close.

Now, if AT&T (or Apple) would just start shipping jet blacks, they would make a whole bunch more people happy.

Finally the 256GB 7+ Gold's are getting some action too...they've been left out for so long lol

Many people have mentioned that fedex just dropped off the package at their door. Appears that fedex does not require the signature.
