Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

We ordered two mat black 128gb iPhone 7's on the 9th. One at 12:19 and one at 12:39 PDT. The later one was delivered yesterday and the first is coming Monday.

Going to Not in Stock status on the 866 number means it's being shipped and you'll receive shipping tracking info soon. In the first case it came one hour after going into Not in Stock status. The second one took about 12 hours, but that may be because it was Friday.

The website info was always wrong. Don't rely on it. The 866 number is best. The *6737# call is second best.

The customer service people know nothing. Don't waste your time calling them.

Mine just shipped on Friday with Fedex overnight. 7+ black 32GB placed on 3:06AM EST

That's what I thought, almost like no one post anything about black 7+ 32GB until *6737# show my phone on back order on Thursday night.

I am hopeful that we will see some movement soon, with our phones being delivered this coming week (which is my best guess).

Like I mentioned in a post a couple of pages back, there are eight MD-11 planes coming in/already arrived within the next 24 hours. Happy waiting! :p
 
If youre still waiting for your matte black iphone 7 plus my advice would be to go on apple.com at midnight and reserve to pick one up at a store...

I did that because I refused to wait for my phone through att when I had a 3:04 am 9/9 preorder time.

At midnight just keep refreshing the above link until your state becomes available... it does take a couple minutes to refresh but they should have them in stock... They let you upgrade any way you want (the apple upgrade program, AT&T NEXT, pay in full)
 
Ordered 7+ 256 Silver @ 9/16 8:34AM and today when i checked *6737# it finally said my order was backordered....although if i go on Att.com it says that its still "preparing to ship".....So now I don't know which one to believe...
Original ship date is slated for Oct 14 - 22nd

Go by the *6737#. AT&T's website doesn't update as often as the phone/text does. Plus I found some of my old posts on here from two years ago and apparently it said "Backordered" for me via phone and it didn't update on the website.

I ordered 2 silvers+ 128GB and ship dates are Oct 17-24 and one gold+ nothing yet buy you give me hope!! lol

Actually, they are now turning away people that are not purchasing via Apple Upgrade Program

They should give them for free. That's the only way they could make amends with me, after this ordeal.
