I think you're referring to my order. It's complicated. I originally ordered at 3:24 on 9/9. AT&T accidentally cancelled my order. They had to resubmit my order and did an override to give me my original shipping dates. When I got the email confirmation for the resubmitted order, it said I ordered at 1:00 am. Their whole system is screwed up so I just stopped questioning things.

Oh my, almost same situation... I preordered the iPhone 7 Plus JB 128GB model, once I found out that I wasn't getting the iPhone I went to AT&T on launch day and just for the 7... On Sunday I saw BestBuy website say delivering in one business day for the 7 Plus Black 32GB. I took my iPhone back and ordered the iPhone 7 Plus off BestBuy, they say it should be coming tomorrow but I haven't seen any updates.

Apple Store in town finally got iPhone 7Plus 256GB for AT&T, in matte black though. I thought hard about it but I really want Jet Black.....Why won't AT&T ever ship mine out?

Preordered 9/9 with est ship date of 9/30 to 10/7.

I don't want to settle for matte but I'm running out of hope here. ;(

Huh? Where are you getting that from? I ordered at 4:04am EDT on 09.09.

I wanted JB+ too but after reading and actually seeing for myself how easy it is to scratch it, I went ahead and got the MB+. The display model for JB at the Apple Store was already scratched when I was checking it out.

I already have a nice clear case for mine. I usually don't like using cases but for JB it is necessary.

I didn't get my shipping notification until 5:30 pm central time today (48 hrs after ordering), which made me nervous. I was starting to think BB had the wrong stock data online. I guess I'm just accustomed to Amazons next day shipping! BB redeemed themselves for me!

I am :( mine has said scanned arrival in Louisville since Friday- but delivery is supposed to be "9/27 by end of day". Stopped by UPS Store in town after work just in case... But Noooo it's still not here even though it's only about an hour or so away from me :mad:. 2 Day Air should be called "Sometime after three or four Days Air" My two days should have started when it scanned in Dallas :(

Yayyyyyyyyy! I literally just got a shipping notification from BestBuy! It says it will be here tomorrow! I can't believe BestBuy came through! I'm never doing AT&T again!

READ THIS, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT: ACTIVATION INFORMATION YOU MAY NOT HAVE RECEIVED.

We ordered two phones. The first arrived with ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS and other paperwork. The second shipment didn't say anything about how to ACTIVATE the new phone.

So, if you don't receive the Activation Instruction Card, it's really simple if you are just replacing your old phone with the new iPhone:

Go to the following website: WWW.ATT.COM/PHONEGUIDE

Below is a Screenshot of the web page. You select AT&T PHONE ACTIVATION and just follow the instructions.

6737 still cannot pull my order info what the heck ? Over a week now, but online it shows preparing to ship

That's what happened to us. After the first phone arrived, the 6737 line said it could not find the information. But, a few hours later, it began to work again and came back with the same IN PROGRESS message. Later, the text came in with the Shipping information. Then, 6737 also showed it had been shipped.

What kept happening after the first one arrived was on 6737 it one time said YOUR PHONE IS ACTIVATED and one time it tried to transfer me to a Customer Service Rep.
