Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

I am pretty sure that my order is just entirely screwed up...

Ordered at 3:04am ET on 9/9 according to my order confirmation email, but the Order Management page says I ordered 9 hours later at 12:16:51pm ET on 9/9. Seeing orders for the same configuration placed after me ship is making me lose all hope...

256GB Jet Black 7 Plus.

I should have done Black...
 
Hey all. Been following this thread and wanted to give you all a update on my order status. Ordered JB 128GB around 4AM on 9/9. Just checked *6737# and it shows my order as backordered. This just changed in the last hour.

I'm in the same boat as you. Really hoping it's good news and we are about to get an email saying our shipping dates are pushed back to November.

I ordered mine at 2:11am CT and still nothing. I really need to think about if I'm gonna do this to myself again next year. It sure hasn't been a pleasant 2 1/2 weeks.....And now that everyone is pissed at ATT the apple website will be even harder to get into next time.

Is all this really worth it?????
 
When I went to shipped status via ATT on 9/24 I called and they said I should receive it on 9/27. Well, they shipped USPS and apparently they are not following the 2nd day delivery and now I won't have it until 9/29. USPS and ATT are the worst. MB 7+ 128

Mehhh not really except for me, I can't wait to drop sprint and my note 5. My friend on Verizon ordered his jet black and hasn't even check his order status and he's coming from a 6 plus. He's like 'I'll get it when the truck drops it off'. Which is the way we all should really be. No since in a phone consuming your life especially if you already have a 6s plus.

Here is an interesting fact. I have never preordered before. I always have walked into a Best Buy a few weeks after release and pick one up... you just have to call and ask when they get there normal fedex or ups trucks. Then just call that day. Did that with the 4s, 5, 6 plus and 6s plus.

Can you tell me what service they used when they shipped it? Was it priority mail, First Class, etc.? I have an unknown package coming from USPS that only has Pre-Shipment info associated with it currently.

Makes perfect sense to handle that way instead of unnecessarily stressing yourself out waiting for a phone!!!

Mine shows Priority Mail. If you setup myUSPS you can see more detail.
 
I ordered a silver 128GB plus on 9/19. I like the matte black and silver but I figured the silver would get here quicker. A lot quicker. One guy a few pages back ordered on the 16th and got is the 20th. Wth
 
Just experience the biggest cluster F*** with AT&T. Chatted in and said that there was in issue with my order and it was stuck in "Pending". Called someone after arguing with the chat people for about an hour and they said that my order is totally fine and is just waiting for the phone to be in stock to ship. Did anyone else place their order on the phone?
