Figured I would try my luck with a chat rep since I can't check via *6737#. The information I received was not quite what I was hoping to hear. I think I am going to stop checking, it will get here when it gets here and there is really nothing I can do about it.

View attachment 659924 So my order apprently shipped on Sunday and they never sent me tracking information but my order said ship date of 9/25 so I had to call in to get my tracking number and found out it's being delivered today.

then enter zip code of shipping address and it should work..
if you are doing this, then disregard, I don't know why its not working.. I do know it doesn't work for me with putting in my order number

I got my 128GB MB 7+ yesterday but my order time was 9/9 w/ est of 9/23 to 9/30.

And in typical AT&T fashion, my phone showed up today, even though a rep said the shipping window was still 9/30 to 10/7. A nice surprise, though it would be great if AT&T could get organized and make sure they have even close to correct info, tracking numbers, sending updates etc.

Jet Black is sexy as hell btw. Wish I had brought my case with me to work. Had I known I was getting the phone today, I would have.

Which phone did you order? I'm having the same exact problem and hoping it will just appear as well.

Just got an email from AT&T and got so excited. They were trying to sell me a Samsung. What a tease

I did that last night, they sent me something about internet and tv bundle, I got excited thinking it was for my phone..lol

They probably produced way less quantities of the 32GB, especially in the plus, because most people need more storage than that...I'm pretty sure the Jet Black + doesn't even come in 32GB.

Idk, the 32 was a big jump from the 16 last yr

Ordered an iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Jet Black on 9/9 at 3:12 EST thru AT&T. Just went on backordered with *6737#. Shipping dates are Oct 14-Oct 21. Status hasn't change online yet. Hoping to see tracking number soon.

Hopefully, it doesn't mean backordered and changes dates to late November like other people has received. So far no emails about changing dates yet.
