Long time reader, first time poster. I come on this thread every day and I feel like an idiot doing so considering I have Nov. 11 - 18 est. dates. Ordered a 7 Plus JB 128 GB on 9/9.

I feel the same. Even though I preordered 9/9 @832am EST, my dates are oct 28-nov 4 :/
At about 7PM PST my Jet Black 256GB 7+ went to back order. I hope this means that it will ship soon. I am currently using my old 3GS.
That's crazy. Ordered a 128GB MB from Apple on 9/17 and was given 10/12-10/18 delivery. Many are reporting it shipping before the given date by about a week to week and a half.

I ordered the same phone on 9/16 & my ship dates are 10/21-10/28 that's crazy

I know, I've seen so many who ordered after me be quoted shipping dates weeks before me. And that's actually the time stamp on my confirmation email. I'm not sure what the delay is all about, but my 6 has been working half-a$$ed ever since that safari bug happened at the beginning of this year. I'm dying!
Sorry to hear about the dates provided. Haven't kept up with the AT&T thread ship dates. Hopefully they're shipping a lot earlier than the date provided.
Ordered the same phone on 9/24, expected ship date is 11/4-11/11

it seems like this year there has not been that big shipment, like in years past, where we saw a lot of people on this thread saying they got shipment status. the last wave was very small. I feel like I keep checking *6737# 100 times a day. hahaha!! no work getting done at work.
Well when I ordered I indicated I was porting a number. So when they shipped the phone they linked the ported number to the sim that was in the phone. Then when i activated the phone I had to go online and complete the port. I think this last part was only necessary since I didn't activate the sim in the new device.
Wow, I ordered same phone on 9/14 with ship dates of 10/19-10/26. Wonder why Apple dates are better than att??
Understand. I ordered 9/14 through att. He ordered 9/17 through Apple with shipping dates 1 week earlier than mine, hence the question.

Yea its just estimated ship dates and luck. Shipments of different color and sizes are different for each carrier but roughly they are filled in order. It IS possible to order later and ship sooner... why its like that I have NO clue. its totally f'ed up. Its almost as if they go by 1st come 1st serve and then prioritize on ship dates given...
