Sounds like the First Lady I talked to today. She was real helpful and told me what to do to try and find my phone... the second lady... kept me basically on hold for an hour while she filed a report with her manager to the warehouse and USPS... this hour was also in dead silence. She kept telling me that the phone was supposed to be delivered on the 14th and I kept asking her where my phone was going that it took 14 days to get from Texas to Louisiana.
I come in peace, not in war. How is FEDEX shipping?? I ordered from apple and my phone was supposed to come today but UPS took forever and missed the flight. So now its coming tuesday. Other members have been delayed, or their phones been taking a trip around Asia
It's all the same. Your shipments are at the mercy of the weather, delayed flight and so on. The biggest issue this year has been customs apparently.
Also they can't deliver on weekends. Read a few posts above and you see the special instructions given to shippers.
Well I doubt that this means anything, but I've been trying to check on my order status via *6737# and haven't been receiving any responses. I even waited a few minutes before checking it again to see if it happened to be some sort of fluke, but I still continue to not receive any sort of response back.
However, when I check it via their website and calling the (866) number, I still get the same ol' song and dance.
EDIT: Nevermind. It seems as if it had a delay, since I got the usual texts for *6737# just now.

Nobody who ordered on the 9th should still be waiting for their phone. Ridiculous it's taking that long. I know the 128 JB Plus is in the shortest supply, but many have already received theirs who ordered after the 9th. I'd raise hell with them. Heck, they even have some stock in the stores. And I don't care what shipping dates they original gave you. If they have them in stores, the people who preordered on the 9th should have them.
Both of my phones finally shipped tonight. Both 32GB 7Plus Matte Black. Troy, MI and Clarkston, MI for the locations. Ordered 9/15 @10:00AM. 1 went backorder on 9/15 and has stayed there since. The other went backorder around 4:00PM and shipped at 9:00PM.

You can try to raise hell but it won't work. AT&T doesn't even know what's going on. We know more than them.
I finally raised hell and mine shipped the next day. Coincidence? Maybe, but I politely shamed them for their insane "first come, last served" policy. Shipping to people who ordered way after those of us who stayed up late on preorder night and did things right. I just kept asking for supervisors and told them that this is unacceptable. I got my phone.
What stores where have JB in stock? istocknow never shows any in stock for longer than an hour at most at any apple store. Any pluses at Best Buy's last less than that and I don't know that there have been any JB's there. The AT&T carrier's stores haven't gotten any to stock yet in this area.
I just got our preorder on Thursday of our JB that was preordered on the 9th. Are you sure you're not confusing JB and MB orders? The MB orders are shipping past the 9th (I think maybe the 12th or so) but I haven't seen where the JB are yet.
There is a thread here about JB stock in nearly every Apple Store in California (yes, they don't last long, but if there is enough stock for stores to sell for walk-in's, how the heck are there still people waiting who ordered on preorder night?). I've seen them in Target as well.
This has been an utter disaster for AT&T. Btw, iStock is notoriously inaccurate.

Hopefully that's good news for me, I ordered my JB 9/16 @11am hoping mine happens to move soon too.
I wish I could check hourly. I feel like I'm doing it every 15 minutes.
Case from velvet caviar. I can't stand plain cases they need to be cute. lol this one wraps around and has the little bumpers to protect the screen
How is the quality of that case? My wife is thinking of ordering one and a few reviews described it as just a sticker on some plastic tho most were more positive
Mine looks like it is a thick plastic case. Some bend to it but not much. It is a sticker but has some plastic that covers it. I bought 2 of them and tried to peel of the sticker and it didn't want to come up easily so I quit. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but plan to test it out to see how durable they are. lol I don't like buying the more expensive cases as my bf bent his iPhone 6 in an otterbox and his 6s in a ballistics case. Both were expensive and did nothing to protect the phone so now I just buy the cheaper cases.
