Carrier iPhone 7/7+ AT&T Pre-Order Thread

Just got my shipment notification via ATT email. :eek: Ordered my JB+ 128gb on 9/9 at 3:23 am. Received backorder info via *6737# sometime on Saturday. Had shipment dates 10/14-10/21
Its been real guys...I hope you all receive your iphones soon!

I ordered a the intel i5 4670k processor and a asrock motherboard when I lived in an apartment and they were nice enough to leave it right in the breezeway... didn't even knock on my door. At least the area that we lived at was really really good and everyone knew each other or kept to themselves.

Man that really sucks

Im thinking its was because how can it be out for delivery then 2 mins later its left with someone.. Lets give it a little time and hope that its wrong info entered
 
I've read on here, somewhere that they were to travel overseas while their phone was still yet to ship....
This person had called in, explained their situation and supervisor had asked to send copy/proof of itinerary so that they can expedite their order...
anyone know if this helped?
Its because I will be traveling overseas on Oct 15 for few weeks and my ETA was 11/4-11/11. I've called in but no one from AT&T was able to help...

Ordered 9/9 at 3:16am ETA, ordered a 128gb 7plus jet black, ETA Oct 14-21
This morning dialed 6737 and was surprised to see backorder and now it's 4:15pm and have a tracking number... I've been checking 6737 every hour... more or less

Now the usps limbo it says there'should no info available with my tracking number.

I had pre-order for 7+ Black/256gb and cancelled for health reasons. Now looking to pick up at store if lucky enough.

At this time what is chance of getting new one as opposed to a return in an Apple Store. Can you tell.

I can go Black/Jet 128/256gb--open to the choices.

It will take some time to update but eventually it will show your track info. By the way your name is hillarious. I guess we can both finally say ahora es que es!

I've been following this thread for a good bit now, and seems like you will be the luckiest person if you are able to pick up any MB or JB of any sizes right away/in store.
 
i have preordered my iphone 7 jbk 128 gb on the 15th around 5pm with est dates of 10/20-27. is there any luck that mine will ship soon before the dates or no? looking at everyones situation i have high hopes for it too ship this week. do you guys think it will?

That was me. After the supervisor offered to help I was supposed to received a call from them but I never did. I called on saturday to follow up and the other supervisor who i spoke to said that was not possible and that I would have to wait it out or cancel my order. It was a different supervisor but apparently he didn't see any notes in my account from whom i spoke with before him. I did get the back order text on Sunday and my phone shipped today so I'm not sure if they really delievered on my request or it's just a coincidence. Keep asking for a supervisor and test your luck

@Oirad20 , how did you order yours??? if through AT&T store, do you happen to have the supervisor's contact info? its because I am going to be traveling overseas and need to see if I can get mine before I leave.... Representative said they couldn't deliver my order to different address, other than the billing. I don't trust any of my neighbors so I need to solve this...

Oh I see... Yeah, I've tried calling in, twice (i don't think i was speaking to supervisor). I had no luck.
Representative's solution was to have my friend pick up the phone for me or have the neighbor hold it for me...

I ordered online through the ATT website and all the inquiries were made via their chat. The supervisor I was able to get a hold of was Michaelangelo. That was the one who offered to contact the sales department and have it expedited. I entered the sales chat and asked the CSR to connect me to a supervisor.

still stuck in preparing to ship "processing". i too like alot of you guys have been going crazy checking *6737# and my email link.

i see alot of questions regarding how long we think it would take if they ordered know ect..

I dont remember where i read it and i dont remember if it was apple official, but there was a source that said ALL iPhone 7 of every configuration would be widely available to walk in customers by OCT 8.

it is now the 3rd, which is making me hopeful mine goes on delivery soon before the 8th.

can anyone confirm?

I sure can and it was Apple official o think. There was a big shipment meant for stores that got hung up in Korea or whatever because of a shipping company went into bankruptcy. Apple paid all the fees to have the boat make the shipment to America. That's the reason why there was limited supply at Apple stores which trickled down to everyone. Since that happened the Apple has to divert some supply to stores and it put a strain elsewhere. I believe Apple is holding back from stocking their stores slightly this week. I hope this means everyone's shipments will be processing faster after this week.

Ordered the wife a 7+ 128G Rose Gold in store on 9/17. Quoted 11/4 to 11/11, got UPS shipping notice today that its coming 2nd Day Air!!! She's pretty excited. So while not "pre-order", it seems like they are filling a lot of the orders for certain colors a lot faster than expected.

7+ JB 256 just arrived!
Order confirmation: 9/9 3:11 EST
Changed to: 9/? 2:11 EST
Changed to: 9/10 11:50 EST
Arrived: 10/3 1400 EST
A few days after I was asked to cancel or accept new Thanksgiving date I got my tracking #. Lucky I didn't cancel.

Now the waiting game, stage 3: Waiting for FedEx to update so I can start tracking my iPhone's whereabouts. :)

I am going to assume that my phone will arrive sometime tomorrow. (Hopefully, that is!)

I hope FedEx adheres to what they've done in the past and not require a signature from me, since I don't get home from teaching until around 2:30pm (FedEx usually arrives around 11:00am or so).

It was funny this morning because my students were genuinely curious as to whether or not I got my phone yet. Haha!

One of them asked if they could touch it once it arrived. I didn't mean to sound like a jerk, but I said "no." :p

I got tracking info Saturday and still noting on that trash gold thing I ordered for one of my lines. That still gripps my toosh
