Yes I just noticed that. Finally they did that!!!! That home button is great! Too bad they just didn't get rid of it but I still have about 35 minutes of iCloud backup.

I have the black leather case from Apple and their silicone one also. I have always liked themFor some reason it screwed up for me, basically set itself up with default settings. I had to erase all content and settings and start over (but don't have to update the iOS this time around).
However, before I did that, I did download a game from the App Store from my 6S Plus that I wanted to try out. It transferred to my new phone and when I opened it up, it wouldn't let me out of the app, no matter what I did! It eventually went away, but during that time my phone got pretty hot. I'm not too concerned about that since my iPhones in the past have gotten hot before but didn't do any damage. So far there hasn't been any hissing noises, but it's still too early to tell! I don't even want to take the plastic wrapping off of the phone! I lifted the part over the "home" button so I could set up my Touch ID, but other than that, the wrap will stay on for tonight. Haha...
As of right now, it says I have less than a 36-minute wait for my iCloud to restore everything.
The JB is a slippery little thing though, as I recall someone else mentioning in here!
I wanted to use my old clear case from my 6 Plus, but the camera cut out would only expose the lenses and cover the flash. Still considering getting a different case than the one I am using on my 6S Plus (which I am using right now as I type this).
It's great! I really like how the whole phone is black like the buttons and the bottom where speakers are

Silicon + Golden Retriever fur = Furry disaster for my case. I know that Apple's cases are nice, but to me they are pretty plain looking. Plus I find them to be a little expensive for my taste.
All of my favorite cases, aside from my Mophie battery case that I used for my iPhone 4 and 4S, tended to be fairly inexpensive (or sometimes free).
Shortly after I got my 6 Plus, AT&T allowed me to get a free case (up to $30.00). Although it was mainly gold with black rubberized sides (gold would have not been my first choice for its color), it was the only one that had a kickstand and had some grip to it.

My only gripe at the moment is that it gets hot easily. As I posted earlier, all of my Apple devices tend to get heated at times, especially when it's running a lot of processes at once.
However, it makes sense since that it would be hot because I am currently in the process of reinstalling all of my apps from my iCloud backup.
Once I finish that, I have to sync my Apple Watch to my new iPhone and then backup my phone and archive it to iTunes so I can eventually put iOS 10.1 (public beta) on it.
I also have to re-download iTunes -- hate that program... Caused me to lose all of my songs before and it always seems to take up a lot of memory and slows my computers down.
