Who from ATT told you this?has anyone had any movement or luck for the jet black? im still in progress. getting really fed up being that i ordered on the 15th and my dates are 10/20-27 and so many people are going into backordered or shipped. im getting really frustrated. i talked to att and they said my phone is being set to ship this week, so i hope it actually does.

i was on the online chat and the person i was talking to said she spoke with her co workers and they looked up my order and said it will ship this week

I think they just told you that to get you off the phone, all they seem to tell you is ur original ship dates
I just got shipping notification, it looks like a fedex tracking number but nothing shows up yet on the fedex site. I hope I get it before the weekend!
Someone on here said that after a certain amount of time on the phone, they can tell you whatever to get you off the phone and supervisor free
but we are going to claim it, we're getting our phones by next week! lol
I decided on top of the surveys I made that I would save all of the e-mails from AT&T and take note of everything that went on with my order so next year I could easily reference it.

Gettin my 5 was so sweet went on my lunch break , walked to the corner the line was about 20 deep and I was in and out in less than 30 mins... ahhh them were the dayssss

Yes! Tracking number! I didn't get an email but I saw others on here saying that their orders from 9/15 had shipped so I decided to check the order status online, It shows as shipped! No info yet from the tracking number, just says Pending under Scheduled Delivery date. At least I know my 7+ MB 128GB will be here soon!. Ordered on 9/15 @ 10:45am.
I'm visiting from the T-Mobile preorder thread. Was just popping by to check in to see how you guys are doing on the 128MB+'s. How far along has AT&T gotten on their pre orders? Have all the 9/9 orders been shipped?
Just curious to see if you guys are having better luck than we are over on the magenta side. I had a nightmare trying to order at midnight on preorder night and ended up with a 9/10 order that has seen zero movement.

Minus a good amount of Jet Black+ we are mostly seeing movement up to 9/15
So my husbands 7+ MB 256gb finally shipped from Best Buy! After going around circles and circles with the WORST customer service I've ever experienced it'll be here tomorrow! Calling them constantly and having my account messed up and my phone sitting in a warehouse for an entire WEEK while Best Buy tried to figure out what was wrong with the order and causing it to NOT SHIP...my ordeal is over! And I will never give Best Buy any more of my money again.
Also, next year I will be ordering direct from apple. This second and third party dealer was not working for me!

Well! looks like you guys are having a much better time than us over on T-mobile. I am starting to get the impression that T-Mobile is low on Apple's priority list.

Got this response from an AT&T agent via chat: "If you wish for your order to get expedited I suggest that you call one of our Product specialist. You may contact one of our Specialists at 866-267-4510, Monday through Sunday 7am to 1am ET."
Anyone know if there is any truth to this? Sounds unlikely to be true..

Just tried this tonight. The specialist put me on hold for a few minutes only to tell me that she could not expedite my order.
Haha, figured. I imagine it's what they tell people to get them off their backs.
A chat supervisor on ATT told me "We actually have a shipping commitment time frame for iPhone 7 Plus 256 Jet Black that it will take up to 15-20 business days." I ordered on the 16th. Can anybody vouch for this?
