What Otterbox case is that? I've been looking at the Black Crystal Symmetry Otterbox case for my JB 7+, but it's not out yet I believe. I've ran the Defender on all my iPhones over the past years, but the JB is just to beautiful for the Defender case. I've literally shut my iPhone up in the tail gate of my work truck with no damage sustained, so Otterbox has my business no matter the price...

As far as your second question:

128 JB 7+ @ 10:04am EST still stuck at processing with shipping dates of 10/28-11/4

I think you would be in next shipment batch of JB because I think I remember around 9 am someone saying they got theirs this past week

Coming from a 6s do you fell that its an upgrade? Some of people were upset saying that there isnt a difference between the two and a waste of money to upgrade..

I do admit I don't see much of an upgrade. I can tell the screen is brighter. The camera is a lot better and I can tell it's a tad faster. I probably didn't need to upgrade but I'm a tech nerd and like the newest. I do like the new home button

I believe I'm going with a tech21 clear case. I'll exchange the otterbox at Apple for it

Yeah I'm keeping my fingers crossed as I've seen a few receive theirs in this thread that ordered after me. Makes me wonder if ATT gives shipping preferences to those who out right paid for their phones vs those of us who purchased through the ATT NEXT program. Maybe Myshell can add that to her next questionnaire and gather some data...I'm with you and ordering from Apple next year..

I'm also waiting on my Moms RSG 7+ 32 ordered the same day as you. I already received the 2 mb 256 black 7+. Lol mom is going out of town on her delivery date so she's really wanting it earlier
 
Well, according to the last CS rep, the 128g 7+ in the matte black and jet black had way more popularity than the other models and data storage options. But I think we all kind of gathered that from this thread. She said it would be more reasonable to expect my phone on the actual ship dates provided, but she admits those dates are placed ahead in the future just in case they can't fulfill them sooner. So we'll see.

It looks like all the Apple upgrade people are getting their phones a lot earlier than we are. It's kind of leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I have been a loyal customer since the 4, but don't need a new phone every year. It should be a first come first serve basis across all carriers and Apple stores.

I placed an on line order on 9-23 for two matte blk 128 gb 7+. My expected ship date is 11-9. Is anyone out there with similar ship dates based on that order date

Yes, Amazon is the way to go.. I just cant bring myself to pay a fortune for a case when the ones thst cost way less provide the same outcome.. Apple & Att to expensive for stuff like that. I also got a glass tempered screen protector and it recieved great reviews.. costed me maybe 5-8bucks, the one I got for my daughter fromAtt almost a year ago.. 20-30 bucks
 
Wow, I absolutely love this thing. What a huge upgrade going from a 6 to a 7+! Apps still all downloading, but from little I have played around with it I love it

Now I just have to keep this thing safe until my case comes Friday.

just dropping by, i am happy to say i have been enjoying my jet black plus so happy i waited. for anyone waiting on their unicorn, its worth it
