Just received a "Great news! We are able to ship your order earlier than originally promised," but my original ship dates was 11/01-11/08... my new ship date is 11/06. In the same email it says that my card will not be charged, until the phone is shipped, but the taxes are back to "pending" status on my bank account.. Anyone else experience this??

I am happy for those who are getting their phone shipped, but ATT is not doing this the right away....
I wonder if they are doing it geographical ...

I ordered a black 7plus 256 on the afternoon of 10/25 and just got the tracking number today. The only problem is I tried canceling that order yesterday but AT&T told me i needed to call back and cancel. He reset my upgrade eligibility and stayed on the phone with me while i placed my order for a JB 128 instead from best buy. Now the best buy order has been shipped before i could cancel it.
I ordered on 9/18 ...still on backorder! I'm fed up!
Cancelled my original order for a 32g on Monday ordered the 256 it processed Tuesday got shipping today. Via FedEx air will be here tomorrow.

guys, i was right about the charge on my CC from ATT yesterday... it got shipped today, just received an email.. although i do not see any ETA yet, might take couple of hours, hopefully it is overnight..so if you r like me who ordered in Sept and not recently and see a charge pending from ATT, expect it to be shipped soon .... can someone plz comment on this part, whether it is overnight by UPS?

oh I missed this. I'm not sure about ups, but I'd turn notifications on and have them send messages to you so it will be easier for you to see updates. I'm sure it'll be updated later tonight!

I was supposed to get the phone by last Friday, but that day i got an email saying i wouldn't get it till 11/4-11/11 (which was the original dates they had given me at the beginning). This is all one huge mess. I had never had to wait for a phone as long as im waiting right now.

7 Plus 256GB matte black shipped today. Originally placed order on 10/17. After a week and no movement I called on the 25th (after seeing several of the same models shipped to others on this forum from the same day I'd ordered). They said there was some sort of error in my order. So, I cancelled and replaced order on 10/25. It shipped today (10/27) and will be here tomorrow via FedEx.
There is literally no rhyme nor reason to how ATT ships out phones. I know there are poor souls that ordered in Sept that are still waiting. May the Force be with you.
Now I can turn in my Note 7 tomorrow.
