And here too....tried going to Apple...they say I can't until 9/24....Best Buy is saying I have to visit a store so it looks like I'm stuck with ATT..tried the site and the app and get the same message.
Same here. It's been like this for me since the pre-ordered opened up. Apple website method for ATT says can't do it on NEXT until 9/30. So I also think I'm stuck waiting until I can get ATT site to work. Whenever that will be. Doesn't work via App or Browser. I can select my line to upgrade. Choose pay final installment needed to upgrade. Then I get "We are currently performing scheduled maintenance from 2:00am to 3:00am CT to improve your online experience. Please try again later."
