Got through pretty easy on the apple app. I'm not eligible to upgrade till the 11th but was still able to purchase. I paid in full because I'm grandfathered with the unlimited data plan and I'm not gonna lose that. Picked up the regular black 128 7 plus. It was estimated for the 16th then when I got the email it changed to the 26th. Anybody else get the same thing? Also did ya'll have the option to pick up in the store? Would make things a lot easier.
 
My credit card was charged but no confirmation email, happen to anyone else? Ordered my wife's but I received a confirmation email. Mine was a 128gb jet black and hers was a 64gb rose gold
 
I paid my latest bill yesterday instead of the autopay Sept 11. It still says I have the 12th installment payment to make. So when I choose to pay that as part of the upgrade on ATT is says "We are currently performing scheduled maintenance from 2:00am to 3:00am CT to improve your online experience. Please try again later." The Apple website doesn't give this 12th installment payment option that I could find

OOOOKKKKKK.... I was *finally* able to process upgrades for 2 lines via ATT after the BS 2-3A down for maintenance crap. But I never saw anything about adding AppleCare+ to the ATT iphone7/7+ orders? Shipping dates were showing mid October-ish. Can I add AppleCare+ to the iPhone7 orders after the fact somehow or al carte via Apple Store?
 
I was able to place my order iPhone 7+ 256 Jet Black at 3:02:49AM EDT but have yet to receive an email. The order status page says its Cancelled!!! I went back into the Primer site and it won't let me upgrade because its now showing I have the iPhone 7.... Placed another order for a different line at 3:08AM EDT for a 7 128GB Matte Black and got the confirmation email immediately and the status page of it says in progress... WTF!

Same thing for me. Infact, I've been charged twice. AT&T website FTW..... Still no email confirmation about an hour later now.
 
I ordered my 7+ 128 matte black. I tired for jet black but the shipping date was already past launch day. I got a confirmation email so new I just wait for a shipping date.

Finally got mine through. Had numerous issues with AT&T's system declining my cards. Got a black 128 GB Plus ordered for myself with 9/23-30 delivery date and a black 128 GB for my mother with a 9/16 date. I think it is finally time to get some sleep after a stressful night.
 
Finally got the two phones ordered...that was a headache. Had to use the AT&T website and app. First phone ordered through the app, second phone tried to, it gave me an error about recently being upgraded which was bogus, went to the website and the order went through ok. One is for a regular 7 128GB jet black, the other is for 7+ 128GB jet black so both have 10/14 ship dates right now.

BEFORE 12:01 AM The at&t was showing a ship date of the black 7 plus for 9/23 - I wonder why?
 
I just got first confirmation email. Took about an hour. I remember same thing happened on 6.
 
you need to go to manage installment payments. don't use the upgrade process. thats where it stalls out
I'm looking at management installment plan page, but the only option I see for making the last installment payment is to call a phone number. Is there a way to do it online?

lol Patience is a virtue most of us dont have when it comes to these phones. For some that are worried about getting hit twice on the bank account, could be that one is a preauthorization? You actually usually dont get charged until the device is shipped to you, just like Amazon. I ordered 128GB Jet Black, finished 2 minutes before the 'official open time' of the preorder, and shows me a date of 10/23. Can assure that the date can and will change, but I know from inside that ATT is usually pretty conservative about the dates of shipping now, due to fiascos in previous preorders. Having said that, I could be rambling.....I dont yet have my email, though I know that it will be there when I wake up, and I didnt write down my order confirmation number, So I think I forgot what memory I got......I think....I just need.....Rest.......Good luck all.
 
Try his site instead www.att.com/checkmyorder Mine showed up there and not on the one you tried. I put the dash in the order number when entering

I wish I could. :( On both order attempts, the system never gave me an order confirmation page, but it DID charge my card twice. I'm not doing it a third time, as bad as I want to. I'm now two hours in and no email. :/ I suspect the orders didn't go through. If I have nothing come noon, i'll call AT&T and see what's up.
