Dude, nobody is saying you should be rude about it. It is their job to field customer complaints, after all. And they're people too, so that means that they're customers of different places themselves. So they know what it's like to be really friggin' angry about some stupid stuff that could be easily avoided. So they understand. And, if you're nice to them, they won't be the least bit upset about it. But stand your ground. I am. This is total BS. Total, absolute, ridiculous BS. And I am going to get some form of compensation from this. Because this is not how customers should be treated. But I won't be rude or yell at anyone. That's bad form and it usually gets you either nothing at all, or, in the best case scenario, far less than if you were reasonable.
