So upon canceling my order with sprint for my iPhone 7+ JB 128gig yesterday after the rep said "we have not gotten any in" a supervisor called me this morning and asked me " are you sure you want to cancel because we just found stock and would ship it today, overnight to you" funny how they find stock after I bitch about it. I also told him I demanded an apology from the CSR that called me a liar yesterday.

Is that what I should do also?

They just "found" stock? That's reassuring. Maybe thats why they are taking so long to get then shipped. They haven't found where they put them.

Yes, and it will be here tomorrow. They said it takes like 24-48 hours to cancel and magically found my phone haha.

I mean, that's what I did and now I have a phone that will be here tomorrow. It's up to you. It was a 1 hour and 30 min conversation with sprint but I'd say it was worth it.

Knowing me, they would actually end up canceling it when I'm bluffing and I'd end up with no phone.

The iPhone packaging could have been weighed and used for shipping weight before it was boxed and sent out for shipping.

You should wait it out. I talked to order support and they said people with a 9/30 shipping date should receive tracking Wednesday
