Wow! I had a conversation yesterday with a CSR and she basically told me if I wanted to receive a phone in the next 3-5 days, I should switch my order to a silver, black, or gold. (Receipts attached!)

Umm so why the heck do we have to wait about a month to get those phone in those colors....
 
Am I the only one who saves the new headphones with every iPhone? I have like 3 pairs.

Also did anyone else get charged a $200 fee on there bill? I called and sprint said it's in case I don't return the phone :eek:

I always lose the headphones. They end up in another dimension or something.
Other folks have mentioned that charge in lieu of returning a leased phone.
 
So I did a little investigating,I went all the way to thread 166 when the worth the wait ******** started going out. I found 8 people who got the email.all on Friday with one getting tracking the same day one on Saturday and the rest yesterday. One being 128rg One 32mb plus ordered in store and the rest 128 or higher Matte black plus and jet black plus. So i guess it's hit or miss.sprint sent these emails out indiscriminately Just to calm the storm they were getting from customers. Things probably would have gone more smoothly had they been more honest with there costumers maybe some credits towards there bills would be nice. I hope things start to go more smoothly from here on out and people will get there phones way ahead of the delivery times they have now. Sorry for the ******** sprint has put there costomer thru. Maybe a apology from sprint and Apple would be a start. Got to go now and watch the debate.
 
Well, my good friends, here it it is. It's been an interesting and somewhat excruciating experience, but I must go now.

Until next year... (probably not, but it just felt like the right thing to say)

PS- It is worth the wait.

That's not true because I ordered a Silver 32 Plus on 9/9 and I still haven't received anything except the it's worth the wait email.

Me Too!! Always save them for emergencies, 5 pair later I've never had an emergency
 
Guys, I have been reading these last 206 pages since it started. (First time posting) Pre-ordered my iPhone 7+ Silver 32 GB on 9/9 at 4 am est. I got one email saying "Still have time to protect your phone" around the 16th and on the 20th I got an email saying "It's worth the wait," so there is no correlation (for me at least) with these emails and when you'll get it. I was quoted on the 16th delivery then the 23rd now the 30th and one rep told me the 14th of October, I will be pissed if that's the case.

I want my damn phone already. I have gotten the iPhone for the last 5 years on launch day and this year I switched to sprint and man am I pissed that. I'm switching once I graduate, then I can afford another company that might piss me off as well.
 
So I've been watching this thread. I ordered the Silver+ 128 on 9/13. I just called "Order Support" to make sure everything was OK with my order and to see what the status was. I was told that now my shipping date is 11/11. WTF?!? That's 2 months! He said that there are no iPhone Pluses anywhere because everyone is waiting for Apple to ship them. ********! Then I asked what Sprint was going to do to make it right and he said nothing because it wasn't there fault. So my shipping date went from 9/16 to 9/23 to 9/30 to 10/16 to 10/30 to now 11/11. You've got to be ****ing kidding me! So it was basically like "Sorry not my problem". I told him if I would have known that my phone wouldn't be shipped for months I would have just went to the store on the 16th. I've never preordered before and I never will again!


Ugh I'm so sorry. That blows. I'm so glad I cancelled my 128 silver + order I did on 9/15 and instead went to the Apple Store. I wanted a black one anyways but I thought Silver would ship fastest
 
So I just signed up to comment here. Received my iPhone today after pre-ordering a Jet Black iPhone 7+ 128 GB on 9/9 at 5:30 am. On the 14th, I changed my mind after getting a 10/7 date and seeing the reviews of the JB finish. I had Sprint switch me over to a MB iPhone 7+, but had to get a 256 GB due to availability. Receipt date was pushed to 9/30, and I amazingly got my shipping information on Saturday. Love the new MB iPhone. Best decision I could have made. Good luck to everyone still waiting.
 
If I remember correctly they sent these out to the other people on this forums right before they started to get their tracking. So maybe this is a good sign

I saw this FAQ video on the UPS site about order processed ready for UPS. Dude was like" This means we don't have it".

As someone who does a lot of business shipping for my job through UPS, When it says Processed, ready for shipping, it means they have printed the shipping labeled and have it packaged, but UPS just hasn't picked it up yet.

With so many of you ordering the MB and JB models, I don't understand how the Silver seems to be even more so on back order.
I feel the same way about Rose Gold.

Has anyone seen any movement on Rose Gold Plus models? More so the 128's or 256's??

Absolutely no movement on my order. I did however receive a cute little email from Sprint today saying "We haven't forgotten about you! As soon as we're getting shipments we are sending them out!" Which only made me roll my eyes harder.

There is absolutely nothing they can do to get the phone to you quicker. They can however credit your account and tell you how sorry they are till they are blue in the face.

Just chiming in on this bad boy. To those of you that dont have this jet black plus yet I will tell you right now. THIS PHONE IS SOLID AS F***!!!

Exactly what I said! But when you are in a chat with them and you tell them you understand they say it at least 3 times more, LOL. As for Rose Gold, seems like they just either weren't expecting so many orders OR so few of us ordered that it's not a priority like JB/MB are. Either way...still annoying. I ordered RG thinking that I would be in the clear of the popular colors and happily on my phone at least by the end of the September =/

I didn't think Rose Gold was going to be as popular either since it wasn't the new color any longer but I guess others thought they wouldn't be as popular either and ordered.
