I am not the person who did the order as I get all my Apple items for free from my wife's work. The person who ordered it is in Walt Disney World and will be going to Mickeys Not So Scary Halloweem party tonight in Florida the lucky devil.
What kind of job does your wife do? :O I'm so jealous.
[doublepost=1477914294][/doublepost]Just contacted UPS. Phone will be delivered today :D

So much for Wednesday. It has been delivered.

She is in works for a medical company.

No problem! thanks for helping me test this bot. Hopefully will have a well oiled and ready to go machine for iPhone 8 next year (assuming there is no changes by apple regarding reservation system etc)

Please.... please let Apple revisit and fix what seems to be a broken system next time. I've given up on the 7+ (wanted via iPhone Upgrade, 256 GB, either black would have been fine) as there has never been any stock. Not even checking anymore. The whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth. Months since pre-order / launch and I'm still at the same point. Just not worth the aggravation at this time. It really sucks that, based on this thread, you can get a phone by other methods but this process is so completely ill thought out and convoluted.

Got my phone today around 11am. It's perfect. I got a perfect display, no weird sounds when it's under load, perfect jet black finish with no scratches.

Absolutely chuffed, well worth waiting for. I've put a black crystal spigen case on mine, adds a little bit to the thickness but not as much as an Apple case. Feels great, looks wonderful.

Does anybody who took out the 20 month installment programme regret their decision?

I do a bit as when ive sat here and thought about it, it's £6 extra a month and it does indeed save the hassle of trying to sell it for a decent price. And if the iPhone 8 is as big of an upgrade people are anticipating it to be. I expect the resale market next year to be terribly saturated and thus prices will tank because of it, since many will likely want to jump onto the 10 year anniversary iPhone. And that's not even factoring in the condition of my iPhone a year from now

My first iPhone do I don't know much about value, but they seem to hold their value a lot better than android phones.

I do like to get the latest things, I'd return my iPhone if I could and go for the upgrade option, but I don't wanna run another credit check so soon and impact my credit score negatively.

Just thinking aloud lol. Next maybe I'll jump aboard the programme, providing Apple don't jack the prices up.

You still have the option of selling your iPhone privately or to a phone recycler and use the money to pay off the remainder of the instalments and take out the upgrade programme next year if you want to upgrade.

It's more hassle for sure but it should work out better financially than if you went on the upgrade programme this year when you take everything into consideration.

Anyone on EE who got 6 months free Apple Music, does the manage subscriptions section of the music app look like this?
