To check debri or dust under my iPhone camera lens he went to the back and used a microscope to see if there was any dust under my camera lens is that what they do at the Apple Store to check if it has dust or debris under camera lens

Carriers also have microscopes to use for checking for particles and dust that may be inside The camera or the display.

One thing I want to point out, is that carriers should not be taking your cell phone out of your view. Sometimes, this can open up liability for them and for the customer to claim that they may have further caused an issue or somehow corrupted the phone when it was out of view of the customer. Now the Carrier or repair store has to dispute they had nothing to do with the issue. Most times, carriers/repair stores will perform any tasks in front of the customer to avoid civil suits like these. And they do happen, being the customer will find any reason to not pay for the defect reported. Especially with the amount of confidential information on a cell phone.

They took mine to the back it's strange once when I took my 6s plus they ran diagnostic in the back without my passcode

Well I went back to the same position I took the photo the dust still show s maybe the apple tech lied to me beucsse he wanted me out already

Are you saying you can see a "defect" in your images from a tiny spec of dust on the lens?

Well how do they get into my phone then

They are Apple! They know stuff you do not. They have a way of checking out your hardware that does not involve looking at your private stuff. SO, no passcode needed. I have had Apple run a diagnostic test on my phone while sitting at home.

This is the power of Apple.

I can see I took another one today my option is not go to my local Apple Store go to a different that's hours away from me

They will have all of your past records in their computers no matter which Apple store you go to.

No way a spec of dust is harming your images but I know you got your mind set and you are only on . . .the 2nd or 3rd replacement so be careful driving.

Can you post the image with dust? I have a Nikon lens with dust in it and I cannot see any issues with the pictures.

It was in his other thread. I agree with you though, the dust wouldn't have much of a noticeable affect in the images taken.
