its stuck under the display it self and i tried circling it with paint in app in windowsThat's not a pixel, a pixel would be a perfect very small square. That looks like a small piece of hair or fabric
Oh haha I thought that was the problem. A dead pixel would be a completely black square, and a stuck pixel would be one color. It's hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like just a blurry gray blob inside that circle, which wouldn't be a dead pixel.
Only Apple can really answer that question. Will Apple replace it and do you have replacement in stock
You'd have to take it to them and find out, as I mentioned it's almost impossible to see in the photo. I don't work for Apple so I have no idea. Will Apple replace it and do you have replacement in stock
I will got my local Apple Store Sunday they will have the order me a replacement. When I was cleaning my iPhone with cloth to put a screen protector I notice that .Could be dust, you could always take it to the genius bar and take a look. I don't think at this point they have any screen only replacement yet. You might as well wait for those.

Well before I Posted this I compared my dad matte black phone screen and he has not issues nor dust under his screen .Not going to help. You can tell yourself what ever you want and you will still pick your phone apart.
You can not help yourself.
Well when I had one installed I took it had a smug stuc I thought it was the screen guard but no it's under the screen and has dust stuckI would think step one would be to take the screen protector off and take a better picture.
how about using a mirror and the built in camera. You may need to cover up the camera LED light

People here are thinking it is NOT a bad pixel but --
If one was to take a picture using screen shot do bad pixels show up ? - I am guessing not as the data is taken from the video buffer - but I don't know ?
There are apps and color pictures to help find bad pixels
Now, in the old day we just used a different desktop picture and lived with it bit I sure understand wanting a new iPhone to be error free and Apple is very good in that area.
I'm doing that aspPlease, please stop this, bring it to the Genius Bar and be done with it. Members already told you what to do, please do it.
Nope never had this issue on launch date phones and they are saying to go to Apple StoreDamn that is really bad quality control...but I guess its hard to see if the screen isn't on.
Was this kind if stuff normal for previous iPhone releases?
Just call Apple and they'll take care of you. You should've just called them in the first place.
