during the 6 time apple replaced it in there diagnostic thing they use found the issue and offered to replace it

Sooner of later Apple will refuse to replace any more phone for you.
You might find a real defect in the next one and Apple may not replace. You need to step back and look at what you are doing this for. You yourself admit it is such a tiny blemish. I hope the Apple people do not laugh at you but . . . . .

I noticed this on my phone a few days after launch. It was a single strand of hair at the top right corner, looked like an eye lash. I noticed over the course of a day it moved around, so i tapped that corner multiple times in my hand and that strand is now gone.

I would refrain from putting another screen protector on your device for a few weeks so it will give you time to inspect it. That way when you return it you will not be out the screen protector too.
I can't return since I did At&t next I can see if the store replace it or ask for an express replacement

Then seriously, just spend the money on therapy. Just think of all the money you'll save long-term by not having to rush to an apple or carrier store a thousand times to replace your phone.
