Please save your time and worry commenting further. There is just one answer here. Just return it back to Apple for an exchange or refund. Your $1000 device should not have any defects in the first weeks of release. Ask for a refund or exchange and don't expect anything less.

I will ask for a replacement since I did this on at&T next for 24 months they will be able to order me a new one

Don't leave the store until you are 100% positive that there isn't anything wrong with it.
If you keep returning iPhones you will be marked and they won't Let you exchange iPhones anymore for free. They will start charging you for repairs. At least that is what they did a few years ago.

I been doing this on my 6s plus via express replacement replace that phone 6 times and there were no charges but I only want to replace the 7 once

You never know they might have them. You do realize you won't get one in the original box right? You will get one in a little white box. Each store receive those for just this reason.
I do and jet black is high demand they will order me one.Last time I got dust on my iPhone was on the 6s plus but on the outer rim of the home button and they did nothing.
Why would they order you one if one is in stock? Like I said each store receives extra iPhones in those little white boxes in every color.
