Anyone else notice this? I had originally hooked it up to an old iPad wall adapter and it got extremely hot, to a point where I thought it might shut itself down, so I swapped out to the iPhone wall adapter just to reduce the amount of juice, but it still got really hot. It was also making the "hiss" noise. I called Apple and scheduled a call this evening with them to start the process to get the phone replaced. What I'm asking is has anyone else had an issue while charging their iPhone 7 using any Apple adapter? I'm fine with the coil whine but massive heat + coil whine is a bit concerning to me. Considering this same device will be touching my face some of the time.
