I have Verizon, and i cant name actual people, these treads are filled with people who order from different sources, and different carriers at different times who have tracking. This isnt the only JB thread on this forum.
And to be honest its not just a JB issue, I see people who preordered rose gold that are still waiting or just received there device, but they have been available in stores since mid to late sept.
The point of preorder is first come first serve, your reserving a item before its even available to the general public, it really serves no purpose if im expected to wait 2-3 months on delivery when its available for pick up in store today or I could order it today and get the same delivery date as someone who preordered it 20 days ago on the 9th! best buy also has JB 7s available. I realize that JB & MB are extremely popular, but this is a bit ridiculous now.

Yea! There are people on this thread that ordered on the 29th sept, 128g JB + literally 20 days after preorders went live, that got a delivery date of 11/18? Thats 7 days after my new revised delivery date of 11th ....but i preorder on the 9th at 330am or 30 min after pre orders opened, and im still in processing??? lol...its comical.
Im not mad at the people that ordered after me and got delivery dates similar or betterto mine, in fact good for them! im just trying to understand the logic behind how that happens. Seems like those who ordered on 9/9 and still in processing are getting the shaft.
Yeah there's a Verizon thread I'm following, guy ordered the 21st and has tracking info already, while I order the 15th and have to wait till November, there's no logic or reason to this launch

I noticed that as well.
I've also noticed on that same Verizon thread that at least 2 people who ordered JB 7+ 256gb a week after the 9th either got the device or have tracking as of now. I was under the impression that the size of the device didn't make much of a difference but apparently it does.
Either way... it is what it is....but definitely the last time i pre-order anything with apple again.
I ordered my Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus (AT&T) at 2:37 AM CDT on November 9 from apple.com and have a delivery date of November 11. I WANT MY PHONE!!!
unfortunately, at this stage, most of the folks who ordered 9/9 and are expecting delivery on 11/11 (like me) don't really have much recourse. either just give up buying the JB+ and settle for some other color, or just buy an android and be done with it..

This is why I cancelled my preorder for my jet black phone on the second line I have. By the time they ship out to y'all, I will be able to just walk into a store sometime in November and just buy one off the shelf lol!
Awesome! I'm assuming you ordered through AT&T? i ordered my equivalent model on 9/16 with a Nov 28-Dec 5 ETA but hopefully I'm right behind you!
If thats true then f*** Apple because alot of us ordered that same phone about 15 hours before you and we are still processing...
Stock is pre-allocated to the various sales channels. They're not going to just send it all to folks who pre-ordered online. How quickly we forget or we're simply an entitled millennial that online orders are a matter of convenience.

The title of the thread says it all , orders from APPLE for JB 7 Plus with Nov ship dates,so spare us your eCommerce convenience/product allocation speech, its not even relevant or constructive to the thread.
The fact remains that if we order the same phone, color, memory from the same exact place, but i ordered mine 1 week prior to you minutes into the opening of the pre-order, and you receive your order weeks before I do then apple's claim of orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis are not true. Period.
I see some people having a 11/28-12/5 ship dates. Mibe has me from 11/15-12/12.
I am hoping they revamp production as they want to get more out for black friday and xmas.
