Not only 10PM, also 6AM.
This is worldwide.
Check iStocknow to see it.
But 7+ JB are very rare. Seen them only in Canada, UK and US. Maybe in Japan, but not sure.

Go for Rose Gold and you can walk into just about any store and get one, Silver is a little harder.

I'd rather stick with my 6 than got the silver or Gold or Rose Gold colors

Yeah a few in Sydney, Australia too, and while the Black and Jet Black are out of stock in <60 seconds, the silvers seem to take a few hours, and Rose Gold, hell how many do you want as they always seem to have stock.

http://www.istocknow.com/live/ - select the phone(s) you want, and keep updating it while watching for the green pointers. Have the order page open on another window and madly rush through the hold for carrier plan pickup while hoping your 27 character password wont hold you back :)
 
I haven't been able to see or read about a Jet Black here in south Texas.
I mean, I'm pretty sure that phone doesn't even exist over here, lol.
I'm addicted to istock, target, and bestbuy websites checking for that damn elusive phone but NOTHING.
I keep telling myself that I'm not going to even check anymore. Of course, an hour later, I'm back to checking hoping for some luck jajajaja.

There won't be any jet black pluses until somewhere from the end of october to november i promise you haha. I've been trying to find one myself, the regular 7's in jet black are widely available now but the plus for some reason seems to be holding back :/

Oh damn! I do just like you...promise i will never check and in an hour or so, checking ATT.com, *6737#, forums blah blah and hour flies by in frustration. lolzz

I'm just hoping for some sort of update. Mine has said "Ships 5 Weeks" for well over a week now. AAARRRRGGGGGG!!! It's some sort of exquisite, superbly machined, finely polished agony that Ive spent years developing.

I'm now preparing myself for Round 2 of this suffering when I order the Air Pods...

I dud just cancel my order way to long order time for me, Apples fault for not producing phones. I might get iPhone 8 next year tho.

Waiting 2 months for a new phones is sad, its old before i even get it! :D
