Had a November 7th delivery date, my status in AU was just updated to preparing for delivery (for tomorrow). Yay!

I'm seeing some JB Plus 128gb available in AU (Maribymong, Canberra and Doncaster) on iStocknow. Or at least there were an hour or so ago.
Chatted up Apple rep today and ask if my 9/9 order would ship by this week since this is the 5th week of waiting and the order status says ships in 5 weeks, they don't even know.... except I will have it by 11/11 sometime in November ..

But strangely, it is not updating for most of European and US apple store this morning...

There are some JB+'s in Italy right now in 128 and 256.

Italy is lit with Jet Black 7+s now. 9 stores by my count at the time of this posting, up from the 2-3 I saw earlier.
The United States has cannolis too, Apple!

Just letting my daily anger out.
I'm just sending daily emails or tweets or facebook messages to my phone company. I was promised <30 days and its already passed that, so now I'll be after a better deal
Pretty convinced at this point by the time I can get hands on a 7+ 256 JB it will be time to hunt down a 8. Apple really botched this launch. So discouraging. 
Is this only for the 256? Or do the 128s ship this soon too?
Did you have to pay the $100 extra BB is charging?
Not sure about 128gb shipping speed. And for some reason if you pay full price then yea they have it marked up $100 more but I hear others that chose installment plans like ATT next and that price would equal normal value. I am going to try to take my receipt and price match it at customer service but if they dont then thats fine. I'll just consider the extra $100 as a means to save myself from having high blood pressure from Apples pre order...
Apple could've made so much more money with this launch. If they could deliver they could've done had my money, and probably that of many others that have since given up; like I'm about to.

The estimates for the JB plus in 256 has shipping estimates for mid to late October. The 128gb has shipping dates ranging from late November to December.
