I was able to look up my wife's phone Week 36! regular rose gold 128GB but my phone keeps giving me an error! i got the jet-black Plus! and its not letting me look it up via serial number

My Jet Black 7 which I picked up from the Apple Store on Friday is Week 37 (12-18 September).

I find it amazing that it went from manufacture to ownership in under five days.
