Automation is something that your phone can do FOR YOU instead of you doing it. How is that an interface tweak?

That's great that you can trigger things in iOS but I'm talking about your phone doing that stuff while you do some other cool stuff - how is that not going to be convenient? You never felt the need cos you never tried it. If you have 10 or 20 things that you do every day on your phone and you teach your phone to do that on its own so you can go do something else, you wouldn't find that a cool feature? You'd rather do it all yourself?

I totally get that Android allows some functions that iOS prohibits, and for some people that's a big deal and makes Android better for them than an iPhone can ever be. But for me, and for many, the refinement of iOS and the speed and smoothness of the iPhone is a far better overall package.
