$350.00! You would have to be desperate to pay that. I'm curious to know what type of aluminum the manufacturer uses when compared to Apple's 7000 Series, which is durable with bending and scratches.

This isn't a skin or a case. It's the actual casing of the phone re-anodized (correctly) with the color of your choice, plus coloring the antenna bands (6/6+/6s/6s+) with the color of your choice. As well as coloring the logo on the back. They have to remove the guts of your iPhone and transfer it to this casing as well.

That's a bit of fine work I think. And they send your original casing back to you.

On the plus side, when you would sell your iPhone with this casing, I think you would get a decent dollar for it, being its customized, assuming its in excellent condition. I do like the royal blue color.

I might be at some point. We are only about two months away from 1.5 years with our 6s and 6s+. We passed out of Apple warranty a while back so I don't see any harm in it. If I do, it will be a black version though. I just provided the blue picture because that's what OP was looking for.

I debated getting their black anondization done on my 6s. I was waiting to see what they'd do with the 7. So it eliminated my need as they released two black iPhones, one that's similar to my favorite 5c in feel.

Why Apple hasn't yet offered a blue iPhone is beyond me. They keep insisting in blacks, whites, grays, silvers, etc. I mean, who would think that a blue iPhone wouldn't be the most popular option?

I bet it'll be sold out quick and I'll be left to happily buy another black phone in peace. LOL

I'm not entirely sure Apple will release a Product Red for September 2017. There primary focus for colors these last few years has been their metallic colors and the Jet Black.

Good point. It's still early to know for sure if Apple will release a new color until we reach production leaks. If we don't see a new color, I would like to see Apple improve on the durability with the Jet Black with scratches and abrasions.

That would be a good idea. I've heard of people applying some kind of liquid treatment with success to these phones. I'm sure you've probably seen the comment in one of the case threads. You put like 3 drops of the stuff and it's supposed to work like liquid liner.

I imagine it's a lot like when you'd put clear nail polish/gel on. Keeps the color underneath from getting too damaged.

I would go for a red one. I just went from white/whatever they called the silver to the matte black one.
I still love this concept and would buy an orange one in a heartbeat.
