Apple NEVER leaks anything. Fanboys like to think they do so they can pretend that whatever they've made up in their heads fits their narrative.

What utter bulls##t,
"Well I know..." you know nothing! You haven't a clue whether these features will remain.
"It offers superior AR..."
Does it? You've seen this rumored feature on a rumored phone have you? Not only that but you know it's superior than iOS 11 paired with an iPad Pro?

How many examples do you want before you concede that Apple doesn't deserve the credit? (if indeed they do pull it off).

Yet at WWDC they demoed ARKit on an iPAD Pro.
That's oddly aggressive. Personally I'm neutral on Apple and distancing myself from their hardware. But having worked in marketing for a big corp, well, some sneaky and ace stuff does go on. I also believe a chunk of news coming out is deliberate misinformation from non-associated peoples... I too used to do that, years ago after my marketing stint, I created fake rumours about the next Nintendo console and people believed it. It's quite easy and fun, and can sometimes prompt companies to speak out or apply the generated ideas.

Well, they were hardly going to whip out the new iPhone just for that would they? That and it was kind of a showcase for the iPad. Plus, falling back to allowing A9+ devices to use ARKit without this only increases the size of the platform and it'll only take a quick if statement to check which tracking the device uses to switch over in the code

Is it? Define best? Some would argue that the s6/s7/s8 galaxy models have had better screens, cameras and actual hardware. Their designs are amazing plus incredibly well built. 9
So with these majors things on device lacking on iPhone, are we really saying that they are the best overall.? #justsaying
Interesting how you only mention hardware. #justsaying

After the cluster f#ck mess of the last few ios versions, I didn't think it was even worth mentioning software #itwasagiven!!
I would reserve the term cluster f#ck for Touchwiz, Bixby (not functional with a shipping product???) and a slew of malware plaguing all Android/Samsung devices. iOS just looks better now.
