iPhone 8/Plus iPhone 8 or wait?

Generally curious, why would you ask about the iPhone X? I ask because you have constantly chastised against it in almost every way throughout these threads and I’m just curious to why you would want to know more about it, being it’s never been a consideration for you in the first place giving your stance on it.

I was interested to see if there were any deals close to what I am currently paying. My stance on the X has always been the fact it’s hideously expensive, not that I’m not interested in buying it. I would try it out if it were sensibly priced, but I’m not paying £57 a month for a few features I’m not overly excited about and for a crap data package. The guy agreed with me but said prices are still fixed despite lesser interest.

As I was in the shop I felt I would discuss it with someone who sells phones for a living. We discuss it here so it made sense for curiosity. As it stands I’m more excited for the 8 and it’s a smaller handset and doesn’t have a screen with a rainbow shimmer.

I still use the 8 but find the screen too small otherwise it's an excellent phone.
