It's a bit of both really.

Positive: Lots of people will have iPhones - making my Apple stock increase in value.
Negative: Lots of people will have iPhones - so I can't be the cool iPhone guy.

They played two of the ads during Law and Order's first commercial break. It's been a long time coming and it certainly seems to polarize people - everyone has an opinion, either they want one or they want to be rude about it. I haven't bought myself a gadget in awhile so I'm looking forward to this.
