I have to admit that I'm a little less addicted than I was before. I still give it a lot of use, but not as much as 7 months ago when I got my 3G. Still, I think it is a great device, and I can't imagine myself going to any other phone.

My father seems to be totally addicted to it also. Actually my mother just called me in the morning and she blames that because of me my father got a 3G in September and he spend all his time with it hehe.

I've only had my iPhone for just under a month, and I'm already 4 pages deep in apps (I don't just throw any old crap on there..)

I used to only use my cellphone for emergency use, which meant it was OFF most of the time, and in my car at that. Now that I basically have a *computer* in my pocket, I keep it on and with me all the time.

It's the phone I always wanted to have - I can't believe I used to want a Treo...

if i dont have mine in my hand, my pocket, or on the table neer me i freak out soooo badly

and also if my phone buzzes at me, before even thinking about it it in my hand unlocked, i cant even control that reflex anymore its like blinking

also no matter what my original motives were for going to the home screen if i see a badge i immeaditly click that application, no matter what.

my friends always tell me to go to ia, iPhone Anonymous

also, does anyone else get royally ticked off when they see anything apple, expeshily iPhone/iPod/iTunes spelled with a capital I, and a lower case second letter? omg its even worse when they use the hyphen... *shudder* every time i see "I-tunes" i want to shoot someone in the face. then again i just might be crazy xD

My girlfriend thinks I'm addicted. I guess denial is the first sign...

Thing is I usually have it on me because it's a phone. I was the same way with my Razr. However, if I'm bored or I have a free moment I usually pull it out to check emails or whatever. If we're watching TV and it's not holding my interest (never does, I hate TV), I'll pull my phone out and see what's going on here.

Moving into my new place has made it tough to resist as well. All but one of my roommates has one. I see them using, I use.

Must admit, I am addicted as well. There are worse things we could be addicted to I guess.

I've only had mine a couple of months but I'm still head over heels in love with mine. Far and away the best "gadget" I've ever owned. It's amazing out of the box, but I think the Apps Store pushes it way above other similar phones.
I don't use mms or use it as a camera so it has no weaknesses for me.

It still impresses me on a daily basis with both what it can do and how easy it is to do it! :D

Almost with you guys...

Tomorrow... I get the iPhone 3G !

Yesterday...I dropped my Girlfriend. Seems like a great trade !

Moving up from the Moto Razor. After reading this thread, all I can say is "So Long Old Limited-use Phone!" :D

- OK so what are the first 5 things I should do when I get the iPhone in my hand and walk out the door?

Thanks!

TommyD.

It all started with the 3GS. I bought and returned it 3 times (had Verizon at the time), but couldn't bear to be without it.

I then bought the iPhone 4 on Launch Day (waited in line at Apple).

Bought the 4S after waiting for AT&T's 'pre-order debacle (never again!) in October).

Just unlocked my 4S and preparing to sell it fir the iPhone 5.

Is it 1PM yet? (10PST)

If you haven't already, it is worth going back and reading some of the early comments on the excitement...

Ah, the good old days!

I'm still crazy addicted to my 4S. Had it since launch day and it hardly ever gets more than a foot away from me.
I'm not buying the 5 but I still love the feeling of the keynote days. The way everyone gets excited and chattery. Granted, some take it too far; but that's like any holiday :)

I cant wait for my iphone 5. first launch-day apple product for me. I'm always late with these things
