Yes I'm addicted. The iPhone is with me pretty much all the time. I even keep it under a pillow at night. I use the sleep timer to fall asleep to a podcast or audiobook, and then use the alarm to wake up. I love it!
I am kinda like that. I don't place mine under the pillow, but it is on the bedside table as I fall asleep. I wake up to its alarm, "Bicycle Race" by Queen... :D

Blackberry or Pre or iPhone... you can get addicted to any one of them. Should we call the iPhone a "CrackaPhone"? LOL

Are they really addictive

See the thing about Blackberry's are, they are usually addictive because people are given them for work as a leash, and are expected to reply right away to co-workers, boss's what have you. They're a great messeging device and keep you in a tight nit ecosystem. Usually this addiction isn't an enjoyable one. Most of my friends actually hate these phones because its acts as a leash (which i said earlier). They can always be contacted and their employer knows it, as well as everyone else they work with. The difference between this and an iPhone is most poeopl enjoy their iPhones because it was a personal preference to have it, and a choice not made for them. Also the games lol and among other apps which can make a regular call me or text me here cell phone turn into an actual tool for work and play, not solely work.

Third time this thread has been revived since 2007. Cool.

iPhone is the only phone I'll need for some time though.

I had a Blackberry.... The thing was a piece of junk. (Bold 9700). Internet browser crashes with every other page I go to. Whenever it would run out of memory for text messages, it would delete old ones, and then save the conversation without the content in it as a draft, so that I would see empty conversations saved as drafts!

The quality of the keyboard was also bad. I can't remember how many times I had to super glue keys back on because the keys on the ends lift up and out. Whenever I download or update ANYTHING the phone would just hang there for a while. Every now and then the thing would freeze up and I'd need to pull the battery.

I did not install any 3rd party apps (there wasn't enough memory to do so) so who knows what causes the dang thing to freeze?

The included Facebook app is lame compared to the iOS version.
