They are just a stubborn bunch that won’t admit when they’re wrong, trust me! I know a few folks that have them and absolutely hate them once the thinness novelty wears off.
Its not the thinness that makes the Air great, its the very low weight for its size. Its not being stubborn to admit anything, many people value a light weight and comfortable phone to hold and use and see that as a very important phone feature. I could write a short essay on the shortcomings mentally/emotionally of the Pro users based on the things they are saying but I won't stoop to their level.

The Apple fan base always likes to pick on a group of their own for bashing. Previously it was the Mini users, now the Air users, and next year it will be the Fold users. Apple users are not the nicest group of people lol.

iPhone Air threads bring out the WORSE users on this forum, and you can tell straight away they're all Pro/Pro max owners.

They feel the need to come into every single Air thread to slate it with crap jokes and arrogance, they actually equate their iPhone to their wealth like a status symbol and most likely American as well.

very sad, I understand why they're bitter and jealous though having bought a fat, ugly, cheap metal phone while the Air looks like the future with titanium and has the pro chip and display.

Anyway, this data is a load of boll%^ks and as mentioned you can't buy an Air for 44% off ffs.

Macrumours isn't beating those anti Air propaganda labels are they, another "content creator" that is scared to not use the pro.
What's ironic is, look at your posts (and there's plenty saying the same thing)...you're basically doing to Pro/Max owners what you accuse them of doing to you -- bashing them! So your first sentence is correct in more ways than you think.

Its now December and this STILL holds true LMAO

Can you elaborate? I fail to understand why taking a loan for an iPhone will make a difference here.

Certainly; apologies for being too vague.

I just meant that when you're specifically on Apple's iPhone Upgrade Programme, Apple just require you to make a certain number of payments and then take your iPhone back at the point you upgrade and there's no variable from the resale value of the iPhone at that point – it just has to be in reasonable condition.

If you were not on Apple's iPhone Upgrade Programme, the variable of how much you could get for your old iPhone (in this case, hypothetically, iPhone Air) would come into play at the point of upgrading – you'd either get a good sale value, or a relatively bad one as per the MR post.

conventional business philosophy is the reason we're on the brink of an ecological collapse, why income inequality is exploding, and the ******tification of just about everything, but sure, let's keep going full throttle with the trusted mantra of shareholder value and maximizing profit until there's nothing left but money

LOL nothing like someone too stubborn to admit they made a mistake. Keep on thinking you love it bro!

This made me laugh out loud. The level of time and emotion some Macrumors users invest in caring about other people's consumer choices provides nonstop amusement.
