Anyone tried those material cases that have a texture similar to the fabric on an echo or HomePod?

I've always used Apple leather cases and my last case was Hunter green. It looked fine after 10 months of use. It makes the phone comfortable to hold and on the few occasions I've dropped phones face down on cement, the case protected the screens - scuff on the leather case and not a mark on the screen. I've never had any problems with dust inside the cases.

This year I tried the Apple clear case so I could enjoy the color of my phone. I found it to be slippery, bulky and it did collect fingerprints easily. In general I just didn't like the feel or appearance of it. I was happy to get an Apple leather case back on my phone.

I usually get just 1 leather Apple case. I just can't find another cheaper leather option that I actually like on Amazon.

I have several other cases that I have gotten off Amazon. Amazon has tons of good choices for $10 or less. Apple charges $40 for silicone cases and I found some on Amazon that are $8 and are just as good.

I have had a LOT of cases over the years. Kind of a compulsion. Everything from custom Vaja cases to cheap cases. I keep coming back to Apple leather cases. They just fit and hold up so well. Buttons feel great too. For my new pro, I bought the Saddle Brown and Forest Green. Both look great, and I am really happy with them. Typically, I do buy one silicone if I know that I might have the case in moist conditions.

Still rocking this one for a year on my iPhone X. Paid $20 dollars for it. Covers the bottom grill area.
