Iphone apps unresponsive

Hello - sorry if this ? was posed many times before :

My apps will not start. I tap them, they appear to load for 2 seconds and then I get back to the home screen. I have restarted/rebooted iphone many times - this is not doing the trick.

Any tips?

You could always just restore your iPhone as a new phone. That should clear up any issues.
