Hi experts, so my friend who is not techie bought an iPhone which shows no icloud locked until you put the SIMs card in, only then it shows the last user account log in. I don't know how the seller able to tricked him as the phone is not icloud locked because it seem clear when you turned it on & every thing looks normal.
